Naruto woke up to his small empty room staring at the window, he turned his body and watched the wall before he muttered "its my birthday". After two hours of laying in bed he finally got up slowly and walked to his bathroom and turned on the water, he began to undress as he thought about how he would spend his day.....alone. Not many of his friends would visit him on his birthday today because most were on missions. Naruto stepped into his shower and let the warm water hit His body letting the stress melt away. After his shower he walked into his room and put on his famous frog boxers along with black cargo shorts and a orange tank top along with a uzumaki symbol necklace, he walked to his living room and grabbed his wallet off the coffee table and walked to the door and bent down to put on his shoes, when he stood he ruffled his hair to his liking and walked out the door. Naruto walked the streets of konoha and stopped at his favorite place in the world ichiraku (I hope I'm spelling it right). "hey what will it be today birthday boy" teuchi said as naruto walked in making him smile instantly nothing "I just wanted to check up on you guys....where's ayame?" Naruto asked as he sat in a seat "shes off training again, here ya go son its on the house happy birthday" teuchi spoke as he smiled brightly at naruto which naruto returned "thanks " and began to eat. After the birthday ramen tenchi kindly gave him he made his way to the local store and picked up some food for himself and stuff to make himself a cake. As the wild haired blond walked he sighed mentally (inner thoughts) I don't know why I bother to make so buy so much food its only going to be me......maybe I'll ju- naruto's thoughts were interrupted by him bumping into someone making him fall back and drop his bags he rubbed his head and looked up to see his sensei kakashi who greeted him "sorry about that naruto" kakshi said as he reached out his hand. Naruto stood up and picked up his bags kakshi handed the one with cake mix and birthday candles "so having a little party I see, who's all coming to your birthday party?" Naruto felt slightly hurt as he spoke "mostly everyone is busy with a mission so its just me". Kakashi thought for a moment before smiling through his mask "you don't mind if I come to celiberate with you...I'm not busy" naruto smiled small "sure the food should be ready by 7:00 so be there before then" kakshi nodded "good that's plenty of time for me to take a shower and get you a present". And with that the silver haired copy-non gave his goodbye and disappeared in a poof of smoke, naruto made his way home, once inside he took off his sandals and walked to the kitchen. setting his bags on the counter he grabbed his cream orange colored apron and started to cook.

Kakshi POV

As I appeared into my apartment, took off my snadals and walked to my room, I looked around and walked to my night stand where three pictures stood first a picture of my first team, the second was team seven and the last was team kakashi. I admired the third not because of how far we've come but of a certain blond I smiled through my mask as I thought of him and after staring at the picture for a minute I touched the first softly and walked away to the bathroom turning on the shower and stripping down to nothing. I climbed into the shower and washed my hair as I thought about how much things have changed for us....me and.....him. I sighed aloud as I rinsed my hair and began to wash my body. After my shower I dressed into black  and a grey tank top along with wearing a silver shiriken necklace nary to have me for my birthday awhile back, I Ruffles my hair giving it a good messy look before walking to the door grabbing my wallet at and putting on my shoes, after I pulled up my mask and walked out the door to walk the streets of Konoha. Kakashi made his way to buy a gift for nature and it had to be good but simple, naruto loves simple things. After what seemed like forever and kakashi mad his way to the las thrift shop in town to pick up the last gift and to have it all wrapped. He walked out with a box wrapped in orange paper decorated by a red bow, kakashi smirked as he though about how much naruto would like his gift as he made his way to his house now.

No ones pov

Naruto placed the cake in tho oven and turned on the timer he sighed as he wiped his hand across his forehead in relief leaving a spot of flour where his hand had once been, just then the door bell rang making naruto take off his apron and make his way to open the door, he fixed his clothes and then opened the door to reveal a happy kakashi holding a gift. Naruto moved aside smiling inviting kakashi in as he spoke "your just on time dinner is ready" kakashi walked in and set the present down on the coffee table he made his way back to naruto and chuckled making the blond raise a brow but before he could question the copy-nin kakashi leaned in close to naruto making him blush hard being this close to kakashi made naruto feel wired he wanted to be closer, kakashi moved his hand traveling up to the blinds forehead and wiping the flour that was there. After a while of string at each other kakashi moved away and walked to the table "great I'm hungry and by the smell I can't wait" he said as he made his way to the table where the food was spread out his mouth practically watered as he saw the display before him, naruto followed suit "please sit dig in". "I usually make this much every year but as you can see I don't ever end up finishing it" kakashi smiled through his mask which made naruto grown slightly "I forgot you don't show your face I'm sorry I shou-" suddenly he was interrupted by the grey haired man it's okay I trust you and plus this food looks to great to pass up these words made naruto smiled as he sat across from kakashi. He watched as kakashi slipped his mask down revealing his face making the blond swoon inwardly bringing a slight blush to his face "perfect..." Naruto blushed harder as he realized he basically spoke his mind aloud, kakashi blushed lightly and smiled making naruto swoon more "lets eat" as all kakashi said. The two ninjas ate dinner with light chitchat and occasional joke making the blond giggle cutely or kakashi chuckle warmly after dinner naruto picked up the plates and took out the cake leaving kakashi in the living room. After a little natuto came out with two cups of tea setting them down along with himself here naruto "I got you a gift, happy birthday" kakashi said smiling fully without his mask, naruto reached and placed the present in his lap as he smiled and dug in ripping the paper and opening the box naruto took the first item out , a book of coupons to ichiraku ramen he giggled and placed it to the side and grabbing the next item was two tickets to a festival two months from now making naruto smile big "wow kakashi these tickets are hard to get" kakashi smirked "well I know a lot of people and I wanted to get you something special so go ahead and keep looking" naruto nodded and pulled out the third item, a soft fluffy orange scarf, he held it to his face happily letting the fabric run across his face loving the softness of it. He placed the scarf down and took out the last item a small box, naruto looked at kakashi questionably "kakashi what is this?" All kakashi said "open it naru I hope it finds you well" naruto eyed the box before opening it to reveal a gold necklace with a solid gold naruto on it (the naruto they put in ramen) naruto smiled big as he held it he turned to kakashi and hugged him tightly, after naruto let go he gave kakashi the necklace and turned around exposing his neck. Kakashi smiled gently as he put on the necklace now.....after naruto turns around he'll tell him and kiss him and everything will be fine, sure enough the blond turned around and was caught by a breath taking hug "naruto your so special to me so I wanted to get you something special of course it's not as special as you it's not even close, n-naruto what I'm trying to say is.....I-i like you and I want to be with you naruto." Silence was spread over the small apartment before naruto gave kakashi the sweetest smile before leaning in and kissing the copy-min gently, slowly the both melted kakashi held onto naruto as he depend the kiss making naruto moan into each others mouth as he ran his fingers through the copy-Nins hair. After a while air became a must and both pulled away, both panting naruto smiled and held onto kakashi's hand "I want to be with you... I love you kakashi" naruto smiled big making kakashi go weak as he hugged naruto again tears prickling his eyes "I'll never let you go "

Okay guys this one-shot is really long so the next part is going to have to be a next chapter so it's kinda like a short story now so I hope you guys enjoyed and I'll try to post the next chapter as soon as I can :3
