Ch4-LAFS

As our lips collided, I had no idea in hell why I did that. Actually, I knew I was proving a point. But did it really matter? I was gonna get in so much trouble for this.

His hands molded to the back of my head and moved me along. The tension in the room must've slid through the windows and on the street because all I felt was happiness. It didn't even feel like a forced kiss. Our lips molded and formed to eachother's and it wasn't too aggressive.

I wanted to kiss him forever. His lips tasted like mints and sweat. A weird but sweet combination. I was now on his lap, his hardness rubbing into me. We intertwined fingers and untwined. I sifted my hair through his already depressed hair. Unfortunately I was ripped from my prince by an angry villain. A.k.a Officer Miller. Actually, angry is an understatement. He was fuming.

He grabbed my arms and pulled me off. "What in tarns name do you think your doing?"

I stomped my foot. "Proving. A. Point."

Louis rolled his eyes. "Riiight. You totally dig me."

This time, it was my turn to roll my eyes. "Im saying it twice. I'm not gonna say it again. I. WAS. PROVING. A. POINT."

Officer Miller was dragging me out of the room by now and Louis waved his fingers. I glared at him.

******

Who was I kidding? I was so in love with this boy. He's so perfect. His feathery hair, his bright blue eyes, and the way he kisses. No way is this gentle being, a criminal. Although he did admit to it. I didn't even think about going home. No way Josè. Instead I zoomed to my other friend, Mckaylee's, house.

Me and Mckaylee have known each other since 3rd grade. She was the upbeat, glossy haired, beauty queen and I was the mousy new girl. My dad had been transferred for a new investigation on a secret meth lab. Darin and Officer Miller went too along with Darin's mom, Marcia.

Mckaylee's house was a split level, white brick, 6 year old house. Her grandpa built it when she was 12, and her and her brother, Jakob live there with their mom, Sheryl.

Mckaylee has always been there for me. She was the first person I told about my mom leaving, not even Darin. But lately, she had been at the bottom of my priority list. She's dating this guy that's totally wrong for her. I text her all the time but I haven't seen her face in 7 months. I'm too scared to go to her house because I'm scared her boyfriend will be there.

I breathed in and knocked. Mckaylee appeared soon after and her face was tired and sagging. Her t-shirt would've normally been too big for her slender figure but now, it was perfect for her round, pregnant belly. OMG
