I wake up due to my alarm blaring in my ears at 6.00am. I pull myself out of bed and in to my walk-in wardobe. I picked out any outfit that I can train in but also look good in. I walk to my shower and turn the hot water on. When the temperature is perfect, I step in and wash my hair.

After I finish my shower, I wrap a towel around my body and another towel to dry my hair with. When my hair is towel-dry, I start braiding it to go down my back. I put on my clothes that consists of black leggings and a emerald green top, I pair them with some Puma running shoes.

I walk to the training room, missing out breakfast since I spent a long time trying to get a knot, the size of an apple by the way, out of my hair.

I push open the training room's doors and close them behind me. I turn around and find that I am the only person in the massive room. I put my sports bag on to one of the hooks on the left side of the room. I slowly walk to the room where I had to do the test yesterday, thinking that Matt and Nadia might be in there. But I was wrong, nobody was in there.

I walk back over to my bag and pull out my phone. I dial Matt's number.

He picks up, "Amelia? Why are you calling?"

"Why aren't you at the training room?"

"Nadia said I didn't have to come but I guess she forgot."

"She isn't here either," I say.

"What?" I can tell that he is worrying since his voice rised a bit.

"She's not here and there isn't a sign that she was here today."

"Something is wrong. Come to my room and hurry."

I hang up withour saying goodbye and jog back to my bag. I drop my phone in to one of the pockets and sling the bag across my body. I sprint to the doors and fling them open, forgetting to close them behind me.

I run up the stairs, taking two at a time. I see Matt open his door and walk away. I jog in to his room, close his door and catch my breath. I turn to face him and see him pulling a grey t-shirt over his head.

"I guess I can't get a sleep in today or anyday to be correct."

"I'm sorry but I got worried that neither of you guys weren't there."

"Don't worry about it, you were promised that at least one of us would be there."

"Where do you think Nadia is?" I ask Matt.

"I don't knoe. She wouldn't just not rock up to training, it's not her, something has to be wrong, " he responds, " what about we check her house, she could of not heard her alarm." I know this wouldn't happen, it's not like Nadia and Matt knows it.

After Matt has finished gdtting changed, we slowly walk to Nadia's house outside the castle, keeping a look out just in case we bump into her. Matt tells me a bit about her. I learn that Nadia is a widow, her husband got killed in one of the battles years ago. She was devasted, she loved him with all of her heart and soul. She know lives alone in a small cottage near the castle with overgrown grasses and plants all around.

We rock up at her house and when we walk in I see plates and other kitchen appliances broken and shattered on the old wooden floor and cracked bench tops. My heart rate picks up. Matt chevk majority of her rooms for any signs of her but he finds nothing.

I turn towards her bedroom, the door slighly ajar since the handle and lock are on the floor in millions of pieces. I push open the door and gasp at the sight in front of me. Matt jogs to my side ands sees it as well. Nadia is lying on the floor, dead, with her blood spilling on to the old, destroyed, carpet. She had multiple cuts on her body but the main one, the one that killed her, is on her neck.

I fall to my knees, my hands covering my mouth in shock. Tears blur my sight.

AN: the plot thickens once more. I am pleased and also sad to say that this is near the end. But there's still at least 10 chapters to go maybe less. There won't be a sequel because the sequel is never better than the first.

There should be another update in the next couple of days but I would like to point out that I have updated 3 chapters today. See ya until next time.
