~Paul Lahote?~

~Amara's POV~

"Okay, so this is my pack, Amy" Sam says proudly.

"Okay, Well it's nice to finally meet you guys"

"This is Seth, Jared, Embry, Quil, Leah, Brady, Colin and Paul, Jacobs not here at the moment"

Leah made the pack! Awsome!

Anyways.

I looks at all of them. They all have nice chocolate eyes, like me and Sammy.
But one guy catches my eye.
He's staring at me in what could only be explained in a daydream.

Wait, is that the infamous Paul Lahote that Sammy was telling me about?

Speak of the devil, just at that moment Sammy growls at Paul.

~Sam's POV~

I growl.

"No, Not her Lahote!" My little sister? I don't think so!

He snaps out of his daydream.

"Sam, you know I can't control it" he answers bewildered.

"I know but why her! Why not someone else?! You'll just hurt her like you do the rest of the girls your with!"

I feel myself start to shake. Sh*t!

I feel a pair of warm arms wrap around my torso.

"Amara, get back!" Leah shouts.

But Amy just snuggles further into me and whispers calming words in my ear.

I feel myself get calmer and the shaking stops.

Amy pulls away. And smiles at me.

"Thanks, Amy"

"No problemo Sammy" she grins.
Then she gets serious.

"So I've been imprinted one huh?"

Uh-Oh.

"Um, Yeah, you have"

"And you were upset about that? Tell me why?" She says seriously but I can tel she's about to get real angry, real fast.

"Well, um, your my baby sister and I just don't want you to get hurt"

She scoffs.
"Sam, I'm 19 years old! I think I can defend for myself,you know like I have been doing for the past, oh I don't know, 5 years!"

"Look, I know but you also know that if anything happens with an imprint they can end up getting really hurt, I know what that feels like I've gone through it I don't want it to happen to you"

~Amara's POV ~

The scratches on Emily's face? Sam done that.

I nod.

"I'll make sure that never happens"

He nods.

I turn around to Paul and smirk.
He looks bewildered. How fun.

"You were the one we were watching sing on TV earlier"

The rest of the pack nods in agreement.

"Yeah, I was" I say still smirking.

"Paul, come a walk" I say.

I don't give him time to answer when I grab his hand and pull him, forcing him to walk with me.

Leah and Sam laugh.

"Be home before dark!" Sam shouts.

"M'kay!"

And we're off.

Well Paul kinda has to, I'm pulling him along.
