~Edward's POV~

I'm happy for Alice.

I really am.

But I can't believe who her mate is.

They are totally opposite in every way.

But I guess you can't help who your mate is.

I just hope Jasper wont freak out when he finds out that Alice's mate is hurting his mate.

Who am I kidding.

Jasper won't mind,

But the Major..

He will mind.

We'll need Emmet in the room when he find out.

Maybe even the help of the wolves.

I mean,

One of them is Alice's mate.

It might be better for everyone to find out the same time.

It might go smother, but I doubt it.

We'll just need to wait and see.

The longer we leave it, the harder it'll get for Alice to hide it.

I know how she feels.

When I couldn't be  by Bella's side whenever I wanted, I was a mess.

Always worrying about her.

Alice doesn't have anything to worry about.

Her mate can defend for himself.

But Jasper.

He's obviously figured out who his mate is, or at least started to realise that him and Alice aren't meant to be.

I'll need to inform Sam before hand though.

It's his pack member after all.

And he'll defiantly want to know what's going on.

I would if I was in his shoes.

"Edward?" I snap out of my daydream when my beautiful wife calls my name.

I look up at her.

"Yes, love?"

"Are you okay? You were spaced out for a while there." she asks worriedly.

"I'm okay love, just thinking." I smile.

"Well it's Reneseme's bedtime, she wants us both."

I smile.

My beautiful daughter and wife are my life.

I don't know what I would do without them.

I don't want to know what a life without them would even look like.

"Coming" I smile as I stand.#

We both make our way upstairs, to see our daughter is waiting patiently for us.

"Daddy" she says happily.

"Hey gorgeous" I smile as Bella and I make our way over to Reneseme's bed.

"Right honey, time for bed" Bella coo's softly.

Reneseme is basically sleeping sitting up.

She listens to Bella.

We both sit in the room until she's sleeping soundly.

"Would you do me the honor of going to the medow with me ?" I ask quietly, as not to wake our daughter.

"Of course, Edward" she smiles.

We don't even use the stairs we jump out of the window.

Making out way to out special place.

It's the first place I ever took Bella, when she was still human.

I can't believe she married me.

She could've wen t with Jacob, but she chose me.

And I'm forever grateful towards her for that.

"Edward? Are you sure your okay? You've been spacing out a lot since we came back from Sam's."

"Bells, I'm fine there's just a lot on my mind"

"Can you tell me about it? It could help?"

I inform Bella about Jasper and Alice's mate situation.

"What are we going to do Edward" Bella says from her position of leaning on my chest, with our legs tangled together.

"I don't know Bells, I really don't know"

We stay in our medow until sunrise.

We head back.

Today's going to be a hard day.

We've decided to tell the wolves and the rest of our family about Alice's situation and then about Jasper's.

I really hope this goes well.

For Alice and Jasper's sake.
