Chapter 4:
Maria POV:
I feel myself swallowing my pride with the delicious ice-cream, but not everyone can have a sale on his homework. We were sitting on a bunch, eating and enjoying the great view of nature and kids playing around. Calvin doesn't look like a teacher, but I feared that someone I know will spot me with him. After I finished savoring the delicious chocolate, I felt conscious of Calvin existence.
"That was great, thanks" I thanked him
"No worries, you look exhausted" he replied.
"Yeah, I was stacked all day at home doing a lot of homework."
"Well that was your fault"
"Yeah it's always my fault for being this talkative"
"And for being so short" He replied with a smirk
"Well thank you, that's make me feel better"
"What's wrong, you look out of it today?" He asked concerned.
"Just studies problem."
"You need to organize your time"
"It seems hard at this period, because of the interviews we made to have a training program" I replied with a sigh.
"Yeah, that too, it was hard for me too in my last year. Well what are you plans for the training? Find any good companies?"
"I made two interview but no one answered me yet. And I have one at Tuesday morning" I replied.
"Good luck"
"Why did you chose to be a teacher? I know who you are, girls in my class told me about you" I asked.
"Can't I do something I want?" He replied with less amusement in his voice.
"Yes of course you can. But I know business people stay in the business world and it's a little bit strange that's all. Your family are good with that?"
"You ask so much, and no my family still can't accept it but they will get along with it in time" He answered me.
"Okay, okay sorry... Owww" I cried after I was hit by a ball in my head. "Can't you see where you kick the damn ball" I looked in front of me but no one was there.
"Sowwy, I didn't shee you" I lowered my head to meet two innocent teary eyes, I felt bad for yelling, it was just a little boy.
"Oh, umm sorry for yelling at you" I say softly while patting his head, "it's okay, your kick is strong, I bet you will be a great football player"
He stooped sobbing and a wide grin appear on his innocent little face.
"Really, thanks sister"
"What's your name?"
"Adam, and you?" He responded shyly
"I love your name, well Adam I'm Marry and let's get you ball back" I raced him toward his ball and let him reach it before me.
"Adam, Adam where are you?" A loud womanly voice cried from a far corner.
"I'm here mom" Adam replied with quit loud voice; "thank you Marry" I kissed his cheek and waved goodbye to him "You are pretty" He says to me and return to his mom.
I returned to my seat beside Calvin, he was wearing an amusing look.
"What?" I say with a grin.
