The Special Day (Pt.9)

Kiki's POV

Zenix and I went to H&M. I don't go here often but, I felt like going here. They were having a 20% off sale. There were new stocks of cute shirts and jackets. Some stocks had shirts with animals printed on it. Most of my clothing have animals on it and yes, I am a animal lover. There were so many options to chose from. I can't decide on which animal. Maybe Zenix can help.

"Zenix, what animal do you like?"

     "Why's that?"

     "I can't chose which animal. I like all animals,"

     "If you're asking me which animal looks best on you. My answer is bunny," he said. I just remembered, my shirt has a bunny on it.

     "Really?"

     "You're not giving me much of a choice,"

     "Yeah. I guess I'm not...... Why don't you go around and find me shirts with an animal that is similar to a bunny. Then, bring them back to me,"

"Aye, aye," he said. After a while, Zenix came back with three shirts. One with a mouse on it. The mouse was very cute. The mouse look like Desperaux Tiling from The Tale of Desperaux. ( I love the book and movie ) It was small and it had very large ears. The other shirt had hamsters on it. They're so cute. I want to adopt one but, I don't have that much money. I need to save money for my future. The third shirt had a rabbit on it. I think that rabbits and bunnies are the same but, they're different.

     "This is all I found,"

     "I'll take all of them," I took the shirts and pay for them at the cash register.

     "What's your name young lady and young gentleman?" the cashier said.

     "Kiki,"

     "Zenix," Zenix said. Then, she wrote our names next to each other on a piece of paper, which looked like a list. It also read: Natsu + Lucy, Misaki + Usui, and..... BRENDAN AND ISSA?! why is Brendan's name on the list? And Issa? Who is she? Brendan never told me about her. What is he doing keeping secrets from me? I have to ask him about this chick when I get the chance. She better not be someone who is ugly and evil. The cashier was smiling at us.

"Thank you," the cashier said. I grabbed my bag and walked out.

"I'll carry your bag," Zenix said.

"It's okay. I got it," I said. Zenix gave me those irresistible puppy eyes he gave me last time when he saved me from the drunk strangers. I gave him my bag. He smiled. Then, I send a text to the girls.

     Our next stop is the food court. On our way to the food court, we came across Brendan with a random girl.

     "Brendan? I didn't know you were dating! How could you not tell me? And who is this girl?" I ask him.

     "I didn't know you were dating either and you did not tell me! I could have told you t was dating someone and who is this guy?" Brendan said.

     "Who says I was dating? I am totally not dating anyone. And you did not tell me who this girl is," I said.

     "Oh yeah. This is Issa. She is my girlfriend. We just started dating yesterday. That's why I didn't tell you.and who is this guy you're hanging out with?" Brendan said. Issa waved.

     "Oh. This is Zenix. We met yesterday and we came across each other today. So, we decided to hang out. Sorry to bother you on your date with Issa. We got to go. I hope to talk to you and become friends with you, Issa," I said. I waved and walk away with Zenix.

     "Who is he?" Zenix ask.

     "Oh yeah. I forgot to tell you about him. He is my older brother. His name is Brendan," I said.

     "Oh. He seems cool," Zenix said.

     "Well, you might get a chance to hangout with him someday," I said.

     "I hope so," Zenix said.

     "I hope you don't mind me asking you this," I said.

     "What is it?" Zenix ask.

     "Uh, how old are you?" I ask.

     "I'm 17. Why did you ask?" Zenix said.

     "Well..... You act really childish. So I wanted to know how old you are. I'm also 17 years old if you wanted to know," I said.

     "Oh....and you're an animal lover?" Zenix ask.

     "Yes," I said. Zenix nodded. We said no more words and continues walking.

I hope you like the random conversation between Kiki and Brendan. I knew that Brendan will get himself a waifu in the real MD. Also, she is PREGNANT!
