Emma kept fighting off the guards that attempted to put her down, but the moment her eyes locked with her father's, time stood still as she starred at the feeling of pain and foolishness right in the face. "Emma, I have never thought you'd do this to me. To us, to your kingdom. You're to stay in your room for as long as I live, until the day you can move on from that demonic bastard."

Liam did not approve of his own grandfather to speak to his mother like that, and he did what he thought was necessary. He puffed his cheeks as he spat on his face, a smile growing up his lips, "That's for speaking to my mom like that you sorry excuse of a king!" King David was fumed with rage, and raised said back, "Speak with manners boy, you're just like your father. Rude, inconsiderate, heartless, and not fit to be a parent at all."

Liam screamed, "You can't talk about my dad that way! He's a man of honour! Yes, he has had his bad days, but if you actually put the effort onto keeping him on his good side, he can be a kind man! Go to the Dark Kingdom and see for yourself! The people will tell you the exact same thing! He has given away half his gold to his kingdom, he has put actual human guards to protect his kingdom, and unlike you, he has a heart! His heart's probably black, but at least he's trying! You're heart's bright red, but if you keep us here, that damn black centre in your heart will only grow bigger!"

"Such words from a toddler? My, my, I'm impressed Emma." He chuckled, "but this is all to protect you. I'll keep you and your boy safe from that ignorant fool who impregnated you." Neal being the sixteen year old he was, he said poetically, "You can never let a fool kiss you, or a kiss fool you." He mumbled. "What was that son? I didn't hear you." The king spoke up starring down on him with an aggravated tone.

Neal said again, but louder, "You can never let a fool kiss you, or a kiss fool you. The Dark One is neither of those things. I might've never met him, but if he's capable for keeping Emma safe for six straight years without landing as much as a slap on her, I trust him to be with Emma. Unlike you your majesty, you were seconds close to hitting your own daughter's son. Oh and lastly, I am not your son." He spat, confidence coming out from every word.

Eric, who was tied up struggled with the scratchy rope spoke up, "That boy's right y'know! Keeping your daughter here might keep her safe from the world, but you forgot one thing. If she stays here, she isn't safe from the most dangerous person in all the realms; you." A guard punched him in the gut, knocking him out again, "Silence! The king is no threat here! The Dark One is!"

"Gramps, how about I put you in my mom's shoes? Imagine you were a prince who fell for a thief by the name of Snow White! Your parents forced you to women you marked as unlovable, or just not your type! One day, you flee from your castle because your father found out and wanted her killed! You ran for your life, but your father caught you and chained you up for your protection from her. Well that's exactly what you're doing to my mom! What will gain from killing your daughter's love, huh? Glory? Justice? Well whatever you get, I hope to see you in hell and the devil to give you the biggest beating in all of time!" Liam once again spat at his boots, and laughed.

"How dare you show such disrespect to the king! We'll have you as the first to be put to-" A guard threatened Liam, but he cut in and scoffed, "I'm five years old, yet my body grows in an impossibly fast pace. Before I ever get in a damn cell I'll be mistakenly seen as a fully grown adult! Or, we could do it the hard way and I'll burn faces off. Either way, I'll still escape; like right now."

Everyone didn't have the time to process what he said, but it was too late. Liam broke out of the men's grasps and blasted them all down before lifting us all with magic. "You guys are light. Hey mom, can I have a dragon's cake after this?" Emma laughed, "Of course Liam, you can have all the cakes you want."

The Dark One arose from his throne, a sudden ring of thunder struck in the black sky, signalling the villagers in the kingdom of his anger. Smee trembled, "My lord, what're you doing?" He waved his hand sharply, swing the door open. To make it worse, he swung the door so hard it flew right off it's hinges, the large oak five inch thick door came flying past Smee and soaring out the window, shattering the glass to a million pieces.
