This was what her mother had sang to her before that happened. The night her mother died, her father went insane becoming obsessed with his work and neglecting his daughter. One night when the. blond was fast asleep, her father snuck into her room dragging a axe along side him. Just as he lifted the axe up ready to cut through the blond, the girls personal maid that just happened to be eyeing her father do to his usual rants at night rushed in shielding the girl throwing out her dainty arm.put her arm over where Lucy slept her father swung the axe down cutting the maids arm clear off the blond who had then awakened could only stare in horror. The maid looked back at the blond clearly in pain but still smiling said " R-run Miss Lucy! Goto Fairy Tail Its Were your mother once lived they will take care of you!"

Now here the blond was running under the night sky in a night gown,the stars filled the night sky, as if leading her to a wonderful place.

She looked back one last time at the place that held such happy and sad moments, the mansion, and the place she once called her Home. She sat down in against the building that had been closest to her to tired to continue. The girl looked up to the building in front of her surprised to see that the sign on the building that towered over her said, 'Fairy Tail'.

The blond stood up hesitantly walking over to the door opening it ever so slightly. Inside of it had kids all over the place some fighting, others playing, games, and one of them was.....stripping? The blond entered it staying to the side when a elderly man slightly shorter than her who just noticed the girl said " Hello Little One! Welcome to Fairy Tail orphanage What's your name?" One tear slid down her cheek as she smiled "My Names Lucy!....And Its My Birthday!" The blond collapsed to the ground sobbing tears that had been kept in for to long...
