Zeref POV
"Natsu" The words I felt, couldn't come out as the tears came down my face non stop. Everything around me seemed to stop my breathing came to a halt, and the only thing I could hear was the thumping of my heart. My dear dear brother was in the same room where I stood.
Suddenly a hand was placed on my shoulder as I snapped out of a trance. At first I felt panicked but when I followed the source of the arm I saw it was Mavis as my heart seemed to sooth seeing her precious smile. I couldn't help but smile back forgetting my troubles.
Her hand glided to my hand from my shoulder as she walked us out of the orphanage. Once we exited the place she turned to me with a small smile on her face. "Maybe just walking in like that wasn't the best idea after not seeing him so long" she chuckled.
"Yeah your right but what else is there?" I replied awkwardly.
"I've got it!" She exclaimed slamming her fists together childishly. "Plan B!"
"Plan B?"
"Yeah I've actually always seen the main characters in shows having plan B's and now I finally get to use it!" She giggled.
"Alright so what's plan b?" I asked almost reluctantly seeing the glint in her eye.
"Just wait here and play along alright?"
"Okay" I replied curious of what she would do.
I mean what's the worst that could happen?
