Do you ever get that feeling that going to fail your test or that your going to be in trouble or that something bad is going to happen or is even happening? Well thats how John and Kalani felt.

John was already at Panda Express as it was only 20 minutes away from where he lived. He was really nervous thinking that he had been stood up but in reality LA traffic held Kalani.

She was mentally screaming at herself for not leaving earlier enough and at the slow drivers in front of her.

Traffic then started moving smoothly and in no time she arrived at Panda Express. She stepped out of her car, locked it and walked into the fast food restaurant.

She looked around and didn't spot him. She took out her phone and went onto Twitter.

Table 17

She walked over to table 17 and saw John in all his glory. He looked up and smiled a weak smile. She saw the pain in his face. His splotchy cheeks and bloodshot eyes.

"Hey" he said.

"John, what happened to us?" She whispered. He pulled her into a hug, tears began to spill. He wrapped his arms around her small frame.

"Lets get out of here, yeah?" She nodded into his chest.

They walked out of building and went to the car park.

"What about my car?" She asked him.

"We'll come back and get it when you want to go home" she nodded and John led her to his car, with their hands laced together.

He opened the door for her and let her in before running to his side. Once he got in he started the car and drove off. They sat in a comfortable silence, but the silence was full of questions. Questions that had to be answered. Questions that left Kalani dazed and upset for weeks.

They arrived at the beach, the very famous Venice Beach. They stepped out and walked towards the sand. Once they reached the sand they both took off their shoes.

He intertwined their fingers together as the walked along the sand, causing a stampede of elephants to errupt in their stomachs.

They sat down together hands still together. They lookef at the horizon, the sunseting and there was a purple, pink and orange glow across the horizon.

"Its beautiful isn't it?" John stated.

"Yeah" she replied.

"What happened to us?" Kalani asked.

"I really am sorry, I don't even know what I was thinking, when I saw you for the first time, I knew you were special, like a gift from God. I felt like you were meant for me. Your smile always made me smile. You have some kind of effect on me, I don't even know how to explain it. I'm utterly sorry for all the pain and confusion I caused. All the memories are coming back, like when I finally got the courage to kiss you for the first time or when I first asked you out on a date when I met you. I don't regret it at all. All the girls I've met since I've left Omaha, honestly dont compare to you at all. Your so unique. Your a woman who has all responsibilities and characteristics a man wants. You can cook, clean, work and do all sorts of stuff other girls can't do. It might not seem like it but I really am sorry. I really do care about you. I really do love you."

"John" she whispered.

"I forgive you" she continued.

"You f-forgive m-me?" He stuttered. She nodded in response.

"SHE FORGIVES ME" he picked her up and twirled her around and around, she just laughed at him.

He set her down and kissed her. A passionate kiss. A kiss that could make the world go around. John put his hand her her waist and Kalani put her arms around her neck. The kiss went on for what felt like eternity. They parted and sat down just admiring the view.
