"Jay!" cried my youngest sister, Sparrow. "Jay, Jay, Jay!"

"I'm coming." I groaned sleepily.

Our rooms were unfortunately connected at the new house. I checked my clock. 11:59 p.m.

I slowly opened her light brown door and crept over to her floral patterned bed, sitting down next to her. "Shhh. What's wrong, honey?"

"I-I-I had a b-b-b-bad d-dream." she said between sobs.

"Ooo, Sweety." I cooed "what was it?"

" I-I dreamed I w-was p-p-punted around the m-m-m-moon by you a-and some other girl." she replied shakily.

"Aw, honey. I would never punt you." I said. (Pft XD)

"Now, go back to bed. Come over if you have another bad dream, okay?"

"O-okay." she sniffed.

I tucked her in and said goodnight. Then I went back to my soft, fluffy, warm bed, falling asleep quickly.

The next morning I went downstairs and made breakfast. My brother, Blue Bird, came downstairs and flopped on the couch.

"Blue Bird." I said "You're watching the girls today, because I have a modeling audition today. And Mom and Dad won't be back 'till tonight."

"'K" he replied.

After breakfast I put on a flouncy blue dress with a light blue shawl and my favorite blue open-toed high heels. I applied my makeup then flew out the skylight and to the studio.

At the studio, I saw the same girl from school. I studied her closer. She had tawny brown hair, grey-blue eyes, and a pale complexion. She was wearing the same outfit as mine, only brown!

"Hi." I said to her, "I'm Jay. Who are you?"

"Uh, Robin. Duh." she replied, "Oh ya, you're the new kid at school, aren't you? Wait. Don't answer that. I already know I'm right."

"I'm from Weather Island," I said, "I was number one on the fashion model popularity chart there."

"Really?" she said, "Well, I don't care 'cause this is Grass Island, not Weather, and Grass Island if my turf. So back off!" She laughed coldly as she walked away.

That's when I got mad.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was time to go on the runway. Robin went first, then I went. Robin and I both won. I could totally tell Robin was mad. But I was mad that we had tied, too. Afterwards, I took off, the ends of my hair catching fire due to my anger.
A/N: Mkay, Jay's hair responds to her mentality. So, if she's mad the tips of her hair flare up a little, if she's sad, it turns slightly into water, etc. Also the "(PFT XD)" thing will make sense later. I hope the "improved" version actually has improved. I tried to 'salvage', I suppose, as much as I could.
