"She gripped the shining locket tightly, her gaze fixed on it. Slowly, she closed her tired eyes. Her heart raced as she felt the power climb up her arm and flow through her veins. It brought with it courage and renewed determination. Sparkling light illuminated the scene with every colour imaginable. Sky blue, forest green, deep violet, energetic orange, passionate red, oceans of indigo, glittery pink and dazzling yellow enveloped her. She stretched out her limbs, unable to contain her new-found power.
Gradually, the lights dispersed. She turned around and gasped. A pair of feathered, celestial wings opened wide and carried her towards the heavens."
