Preference #21: You Watch A Scary Movie Together.

Harry:

You and Harry were the couple for always trying new things and it was Harry's turn this week to pick a scary film, it was a regularity for a scary movie to be watched on a Friday night in the Styles' household. Harry would shut off all the lights and and wrap a blanket round the both of you with a bowl full of popcorn in the middle of you two. You would try and not hide under the blanket because Harry would always pick the really scary films. He always wrapped his arm protectively around your shoulder so you knew you were safe - for the time being.

Liam:

Liam wasn't particularly a fan of scary movies but you had managed to persuade him into watching one. Liam was still uneasy about it so you tried to make it a un-scary as possible by being wrapped up together in blankets and stuffing your faces with sweets and chocolate. Through out the film, Liam was constantly asking you if you was okay and 'if it was too scary then we could turn it off and watching something else'. In Liam's terms, that meant could we watch Toy Story instead? In the end, the film did get quite scary so you did end up turning it off. Liam's face brightened up when you got off the sofa to take the DVD out and put Toy Story in instead.

Louis:

You and Louis were that hilarious couple that would laugh at the parts in the film that the director's tried to make scary but they actually weren't. Everyone knew that the pretty actresses were going to go into the room where the ghost was but the director's must still think it will leave the audience scared. You and Louis were that couple that got kicked out of movie theatres for laughing too loud or throwing popcorn at people. You usually just stayed at home and waited for the movies to come out on DVD rather than going to watch them at the cinema an wasting your money only to be thrown out anyway for being too loud.

Niall:

You weren't the biggest fan of scary movies but your boyfriend, Niall had persuaded you into watching one with him. You'd rather not buy you didn't want Niall thinking you were childish. You tried to keep your distance from Niall so he couldn't see that you were scared and used the blanket as a comfort instead. "[Y/N], are you scared?" Niall asked. You shook your head frantically. "It's okay if you are, babe. We can turn it off, and watch something else?"

"Yes please." You whispered, still with your head under the blanket so your reply was barely audible.

"It's okay, princess. I won't ever let anything hurt you, okay? Come here." Niall said, he opened out his arm so you got up of your place of the sofa and went over to sit next to him. He wrapped his arm around you as you moulded into his chest. He kissed your forehead softly as he watched the football for a little bit, knowing that you wouldn't mind.

Zayn:

After loosing a bet with Zayn, he had promised to pick a scary movie and you had to watch it with him. You weren't the best person to with a scary movie with because you were absolutely petrified of them. Zayn knew this but he wanted you to get over your fear and the easiest way to do it as face it head on and Zayn though that would be the best way to do it. "[Y/N]!" Zayn called as he entered your apartment.

"Yeah?" You replied, from the kitchen.

"I got a scary movie for you to watch." Zayn smirked.

"I'm not sure about this, Zayn." You muttered.

"Come on, boo. It will be fine, honest and anyway I'll be there to protect you if you get scared." Zayn explained. You sighed as Zayn put the DVD in the DVD player and started it up. You reached for the popcorn to much on as your nerves started to kick in, was you actually doing this? Through out the film, your face was firmly placed to Zayn's chest and you wasn't watching any of it. By the end of the movie, Zayn's grip on you tightened when he realised how scared of these movies you actually were. "I'm sorry I made you do that, boo. I just wanted to help you get over your fear." Zayn smiled.

"I know and thank you for that but I don't think I'll be watching another movie like that for a long time." You replied, as Zayn kissed your forehead reassuringly.
