Preference #22: He Gets Jealous.
Harry:
You had been invited to a party with the boys to celebrate their success on the 'Take Me Home Tour' around Europe before they head off to America and Australia. "[Y/N], are you ready, babe?" Harry asked.
"Yeah, I'm just coming now." You replied, still sat in your chair, opposite the mirror, applying your eyeliner. You heard Harry come up the stairs to you tries to rush quickly but you just ended poking yourself in the eye with your eye pencil. "Oww." You moaned in pain as your eyes started to water.
"[Y/N], we really have to go." Harry whined. "We're going to be late."
"Hang on a sec, Haz. I've just poked myself in the eye with my eyeliner." You groaned, annoyed as you wiped away the excess mascara that was under your throbbing eye. Harry tried to hold in a chuckle, shook his head and went back downstairs.
Eventually, you were finished and grabbed your shoes of the bed. Harry was sat on the sofa, probably texting but all his attention was on you as you walked down the stairs. "Babe, you look beautiful." Harry smiled.
"Aww, thanks." You replied, shyly. You put on your shoes quickly as the taxi was waiting outside. Harry grabbed your hand and held it tightly so you didn't fall over in your brand new high heels as he pulled you towards the car that was taking you to the party.
You eventually arrive at the party, you posed for a few photos with Harry on the red carpet before going inside and meeting up with the rest of the boys. You soon found them, all together at the bar, each with a bottle of beer in their hands.
As it got later, you started to notice a boy about the same age as you, staring at you. He gave you the odd wink when you met his gaze but you clearly wasn't interested because you had a boyfriend. Eventually, the guy came over to you and started getting into your face a little bit. "What's a gorgeous girl like you doing by yourself at a party like this?" He asked, leaning into your body - obviously drunk.
"I'm just waiting for my boyfriend." You put emphasis on the word 'boyfriend', hoping he'd get the message. He obviously didn't.
"He can't be that good if he leaves you alone like this." The guy replied.
"He's great, thanks for the concern." You said, sarcastically.
"Yeah, and he is right here. You're not flirting with my girlfriend, are you?" Harry asked, coming up from behind you.
"Sorry mate, I didn't realise she was yours." The guy said, slowly backing away from you and Harry.
"Well, she is. I think it would be better of you left, don't you?" Harry said, sternly. The guy nodded as Harry wrapped his arm tightly around your waist and kept it there for the rest of the night.
Liam:
You hadn't seen your brother for 6 months since you had moved to London after getting a job there and meeting your boyfriend, Liam. You and your brother had always been close as children and your brother felt as though he should protect you because he was a couple of years older than you. You hadn't told Liam about your brother coming because he'd get all stress out, trying to make sure that everything was perfect. Liam had already been stress out due to tours and albums coming out soon so you didn't want to put anymore pressure on him. You thought it would be a bit of a surprise too because it would be the first time that Liam would meet any of your family.
You drove down to the train station to pick your brother up and take him back to Liam's flat so he would be there when Liam got home from his interviews.
You saw your brother in the crowd and waved him over towards you. Once he saw you, he engulfed you into a massive hug and you stayed that way for a while. When you eventually let go, your brother started telling you stories about his wife and his daughter and also about your parents because you don't see them as much as you'd like, especially living in London. It just made you miss being at home even more.
