Breaking Dawn( part 3 ).

⚡ Little Or No Hope. ⚡

When we got there we saw Alice, Jasper, Jacob, Seth, some of the wolves were there and so were some of our vampire friends who fought alongside us when we were facing the Voltouri, in late winter last year.
Alice spoke. "I'm glad you're here. We found this when we were out searching."
I looked over to what she held up in her hand. It was a piece of Renesmee's clothing she was wearing the night when she was kidnapped.
I slowly took it from her and began sniffing it yo find a scent on who might have taken her and if it was someone I knew.
I found a scent. It smelt like damp earth and wet tree moss.
I have never smelt anyone like that before, so it was obviously a nomad or a passerby.

"It's no scent I know. Have any of you tried?"
Alice her eyes to Edward's and said in a sad and disappointing tone." Yes. We all tried but couldn't get a lock on it. I'm really sorry. Really, I am."

I turned and buried my face in Edward's chest. He kept whispering words of comfort into my ear and rubbing my back soothingly. The rest of the team just kept on contemplating, reasoning and deciding what was wrong or right and what the outcomes might be. Then it struck me. I had an idea.
I slowly backed away from Edward while still keeping my focus on the slight look of curiosity and confusion he had plastered across his face.
"What if we let everyone take a sniff and see if they can find anyone who might have the same scent or maybe even one close to it. Then we may be able to get a next clue of where Renesmee might be."
"Yes. We could use the trackers we have on our team to lead the way. It might work." He agreed and just when we were about to turn and give everyone the information, Alice stopped before us and started shaking, her head.
"I should have thought about that but maybe I was thinking of more complicated suggestions. Oh, I have an idea too. Why not split up according to how much trackers we have AMD how Mich grounds we can cover in this country. If we have any remaining, that may be enough to cover at least half of a country beyond the border. The rest of us will search the other half of the country outside the border and the remainder can help to cover other great ideas. So, how does it sound????"
I had to smile. She just came up with brilliant ideas." I accept and to no doubt agree. Yes."
We turned our gazes over to Edward who now had an unreadable expression on his face.
He smiled and answered,"Yes. It will do until we get a new clue."

A call phone rang and I had to get it, while Alice informed everyone about the plans and gathered all the trackers. Charlie was the one who called me. I answered and lied.
" Hello, dad um , Renesmee is sick as soon as she feels better I'll call you back and tell you when we will be coming over. Bye. Love you!!" I hung up the phone, and took a much needed but unnecessary breath and then released it into sigh.
OK I thought, let's get this search started and then we can get Renesmee back, and visit so that he doesn't come searching for her.
Edward seemed to guess my stress and laced his fingers through mine. "Come on Bella. Time to go." He kissed my lips and then we headed over to the crowd.
He stopped halfway, turned to me and said," It's gonna be alright. We will find you and your dad will be okay. But he will ask questions. I hate to see you lie to him like this, but it will get better. I promise."
I sighed unnecessarily and then looked him in the eyes." Its OK.. I can manage. At least I think I can. Let's go find Renesmee, and then well continue this conversation later."
