(Linda's P.O.V.)

I walk out of my car to see my mother's house in front of me. I lock my car, and walk over to her front door. I knock on the door hoping she was there then step back so that the door doesn't hit me if she is there. I hear footsteps coming closer to the door, and hope its her, and not my dad. I hear the screen door open then look to see my mom standing outside with me. I look at her, and she puts her arm around my shoulder mouthing the words come on. We walk into the house, and sit firm on her couch in the living room.

"Is everything okay?" My mom says looking at me worried.

"No. Everything is not okay actually. My husband cheated on me. And he didn't do it just once." I look at her ready to cry again.

"Oh honey. I'm sorry he did that to you. Do you wanna talk about it?" She asked pulling me into a hug.

"Yeah I do. I'm gonna call Andrew first though, okay?" I say pulling away from her so that I can get up.

"Okay." I walk out of the room taking my phone out of my pocket, and go to my contacts. I click on Andrews name and put the phone up to my ear. I hear the phone ring once before Andrew answers it.

"Hey mom." I hear Andrew say on the other line.

"Hey Andrew. Hey um is it okay if you stay at Ella's house for tonight?" I say looking at the end of the hallway.

"Yeah sure. Is everything all right?"

"Yeah. I just needed to talk to grandma for a while."

"Okay. Then I'll see you tomorrow at some point."

"Yup. That is the plan. Well. Bye love you."

"Love you too mom. Bye."

"Bye." I say quietly while ending the call. I sigh and turn starting to walk to the living room. I sit down and look at my mom. She gives me a hug, and I feel like I'm gonna start crying.

"You can cry dear. No one is judging you." My mom says. I accept her offer, and start crying.

(Andrews P.O.V.)

I answer my phone knowing it's my mom, while pulling over. Ella looks at me confused and I give her the one sec signal with my index finger.

"Hey mom." I say looking forward.

"Hey Andrew. Hey um is it okay if you stay at Ella's house for tonight?" I hear her say in the other line

"Yeah sure. Is everything all right?"

"Yeah. I just needed to talk to grandma for a while."

"Okay. Then I'll see you tomorrow at some point."

"Yup. That is the plan. Well. Bye love you."

"Love you too mom. Bye." I hold the phone to my ear waiting for her to hang up because she doesn't like it when I do it. Once I hear the beep I remove the phone from my ear, and set it back in the arm rest in the middle of the two front seats.

"What was that about?" Ella says looking at me.

"My mom just wanted to know if I was able to stay at your house tonight." I say looking at her.

"Oh. Okay. So where are we going?" She says as I start to drive.

"Well. Where do you think we're going?"

"Um... I don't know. I was thinking that little field that we went to a couple days ago."

"That's our place. That's our hangout spot."
