A Poem

All my life I've only felt pain,
suffering,
sadness,
hate.
I've never felt what it's like to be loved,
wanted,
to be happy.
I don't have any friends,
or siblings.
I have barely any food,
or water,
or anything for that matter.
I have absolutely no connection to the outside world.
My mom says I'm a monster,
Dad says I should've never been born,
They both say that I'm a mistake...
I believe them.
