One normal Sunday afternoon, two girls, Eryn and Aria, walked into the Brentwood Café. It was almost twelve o'clock, and they were meeting up with their other friends, Sydney and Kevin. Walking through the swinging double doors, Eryn spotted Kevin right away. "There they are." She informed Aria, and they both made there way over to the table where he was sitting. Kevin saw them and gave a polite smile to Aria, and a wide, friendly smile to Eryn. Eryn and Kevin were close, but Aria had only just met Kevin a few weeks back, and they didn't know each other very well yet. "Sydney's grabbing us hot chocolates," he shot a glance at Eryn. "And ice tea for you." He added. She smiled, happy he remembered she was a vegan. Sydney walked over from the line, trying to balance three hot chocolates and and an ice tea, with little success. She dropped the ice tea, but Kevin caught it in mid air. He had freaky reflexes, and they never ceased to amaze people around him. His talent also made him king of pretty much every sport, especially dodge ball. Sydney had seen him do things like that many times, but she still shook her head, amazed. "Thanks." She said, and he nodded. Handing the ice tea over to Eryn, taking the extra precaution to make sure their hands touched.
Eryn also sent him a thanks. Sydney handed out a hot chocolate to Aria, and one to Kevin, taking the extra precaution to make sure their hands didn't touch. Aria suddenly got a twisted, confused look on her face, and the others noticed. "What is it Aria?" Sydney asked, a hint of excitement in her voice. Aria had senses like magic, and she could see better than anyone else in Brentwood. She could also hear conversations from over forty feet away. She could sense if someone was happy, mad or in pain, and could pin-point the location of the emotion simply by touching the person. She could also sense people coming and going, and sense auras and vibes like no one else. When Aria sensed something off, there was usually an awesome adventure to follow. Aria scrunched up her nose. "I hear Kevin coming, around twenty feet away." She said, and everyone looked over at Kevin, who was neither coming nor twenty feet away. Kevin sighed, "you've probably just got the wrong vibe," saying the word vibe like it was a sarcastic joke. He didn't quite trust Aria, because she lived in Brentwood Bay. And if you live in Brentwood Bay, let's just say you don't exactly come out normal. Reflexes were one thing, but magical vibe sensing? He just didn't trust Aria yet. Or Sydney, for that matter, who also lived in Brentwood Bay. Kevin lived in Oak Bay, and Eryn lived in Maple Bay. " I don't know, but he's ten feet away now, I think he's coming into the store." Aria spoke up. "I don't think he's alone" she added. "Three girls with him, I don't know who they are." Kevin sighed again, but still looked at the door, which suddenly opened. In walked... Well, Kevin. The reaction from everyone was surprise, even Aria, who predicted it. They all watched this Kevin person walk up to the till, ordering three hot chocolates and an ice tea. Aria scrunched her nose up again, but no one could take their eyes off of the Kevin clone. Or what looked like a clone. Facial features and body build were exactly alike. Even clothes were similar, white t-shirt with blue shorts. "Lucas." Aria whispered. Then louder, "his name is Lucas."
