Gakupo's POV:

Seeing this creature...this...Demon, I was thrown into a state of shock. My body had shuddered in pure and utter fright. His evil smirk plastered on his face had my heart skipping a beat...and don't get me wrong...in fear, PURE FEAR.  As his slim figure drew closer to where I had been paralyzed,  my eyes went bigger. Tears began to dribble down my cheek as the fearsome creature came face to face with me.

"Such a delicious and frightful expression you're wearing my love." He cooed to me while gently caressing my cheek with his callused hand. I whimpered and closed my eyes tightly, in fear of what I was expecting he would do to me. Then in a instant, my ears were ringing.

"How dare you turn and flinch from me!" He roared in an angered and demonic tone. I whimpered and cried more. The scene of (Y/N) and this beast sharing a kiss vanished from my sight as all the negativity was literally slapped out of me. I just wanted him back, I wanted my boyfriend here to tell me 'I'm safe' or 'I'll protect you.' WHERE WAS HE DAMMIT!!!

Your POV:

After examining your wings, you heard a faint cry in the distant. Your heart had only deepened in it's sorrow as you recognized the sobbing and whimpering to be none other than Gakupo. Anger and Regret where that of the many thoughts coursing through your mind and his cries only seemed to fuel them. Quickly dismissing those thoughts, you head outside and stretched out your wings. In about two pumps from them and you were going higher and higher in the sky. You were curious as to how you knew to use them, but it a was blurry and foggy picture in your mind, so you closed your eyes and focused on using Gakupo's whimpers and cries as a navigator to find him.

When you reached there, you saw him take a brutal beating. Seeing as that 'damned bastard' as you put it, hit and beat Gakupo up, only seemed to fuel your anger more. Slap after Punch, you watched as his beautiful features, became nothing more than a beautiful disaster. That's when you snapped. You took flight and torpedoed down onto the Demon with your body, feet first and hit his back, causing a sickening crack to thunder your hearing. Seeing as you snapped him in half, you smirked and spat on his corpse. All emotion of anger left your body as your gaze set upon your beloved. He was badly wounded, blood all over his face, tears cascading down his cheeks and heart breaking sobs emitting from his mouth. You pulled his abused body in your arms and finally let your tears fall.

'It's all my fault' You thought. 

'This would had never happened if I just took the day off' You continued.

'It's not over yet.....' You heard a voice in your head.

'What do you mean, it's not over yet?' You questioned, beginning to think if you were losing your mind from all this commotion.

'Kiss him to find out.' The voice answered back. You looked down at his face and moved the stray purple strands of his locks behind his ears, then carefully cupped his cheeks. As tears fell from your swollen and red eyes, you gently pressed your lips on his. The feeling of his lips were cold, then it began to get warm. As you opened your eyes, a white light had surrounded you and Gakupo, lifting you both into the air. In an instant, his wounds were healing and his body got warmer. Finally placing your bodies in it's previous positions, you pulled away from his lips and saw his eyes flutter open. Your heart had never been so swelled in it's life, to see your Gakupo smiling at you as tears dropped from his face. You then brought him into a hug and inhaled his scent.

"(Y/N)! You're here"

"Yes Gakupo...i'm here"
