Use paper

Using paper is very helpful when you are trying to avoid being distracted by notifications or if you want to work on hand writing.

I sometimes use paper but, not always. When I use paper, I use it when
I am starting a new book or writing a chapter. Paper can also be a pain in the butt because you can accidentally ruin it.

Once again, you don't have to use paper. Use your technology if you want to!
