Sarah

I watched as my sister walked down the aisle. She was dressed in all white like your typical wedding dress and a big smile on her face.

I smiled while she slowly walked, my older brothers arm looped around hers. Because my dad passed away she asked our older brother Omar, to walk her down the aisle.

I stood next to my cousin who smiled bigger than her mouth could handle. I didn't like her very much because of how she treated me as a kid.

My sister met with her husband Austin as they both smiled lovingly at each other.

His eyes were watery, red from crying. He whispered a quick "I love you" as they met. I sat and watched hoping I'd be able to be as lucky as my sister.

After the whole "kiss the bride" thing I'd rather erase from my memory, people begin to dance and sing in the middle of the dance floor.

I sat quietly in the corner of the room when my mom came up "You okay sweetie?" She smiled at me sadly. "Yeah I'm uh I'm fine, thank you". She smiled kissing my cheek, "I love you" I smiled " I love you too mom" she smiled walking away.

I sat picking at the white icing and little candy pearls in the cake.

I looked up at everyone in the room seeing them smiling and that made me smile. Seeing other people happy, makes me happy.

I looked around the room and my eyes landed on a tall blonde boy. His eyes were knit together as if he was struggling and as I looked down I could see he was struggling with his tie.

He snatched it off furiously, his elbow backing into a glass. He jumped up quickly trying to pick it up then knocking over a chair. I laughed loudly at the clumsy stranger when he looked up at me quickly and smiled a little trying to pick up his mess.

The guy looked at me once again and smiled bigger. He had the most PERFECT teeth I have ever seen. As colorful lights flashed around the room I could him biting on something. My breath hitched as I saw a lip ring, he's a bad boy.

I sat quietly as I saw the guy walking over to me slowly. He sat in the chair across from me. "Umm...hi hello I'm Luke, Luke Hemmings" I just looked at him, he's the most handsome guy I have ever laid eyes on.

He cleared his throat, his eyes wide "Oh god you don't speak English do you? Oh man I should have paid more attention in Spanish...um speako espanol?" I laughed lowly at him and he smiled at me "I do speak English, I'm Sarah, Sarah Foster". He put his hand out for me to shake and I gladly reached mines out to shake his.

"Sorry my han-" we spoke at the same time he chuckled and it was really cute because his nose scrunched a little, "You first" I looked down "I was just going to say don't pay any mind to my sweaty hands" Luke smiled "I was gonna same the same thing" we both laughed loudly.

"So why are you here?" I asked Luke curiously he looked up at me cake on his nose "Who me?" I squinted my eyes at him "No you". He straight faced me "Right...anyways my friend dragged me here" I smiled "Oh really who?" He looked around the room pointing at my cousin James.

I nodded slightly, smiling at Luke. "You have like cake on your nose" He tilted his head wiping his nose with a napkin" he sighed "Thank God you told me that because if my mom saw that she'd swear I've been sniffing drugs" I laughed lightly and smiled.

For the rest of the night me and Luke spent all of our time singing off key and dancing like uncles at a barbecue.
