Chapter 2

(A/N) If I write **** anywhere it means that time has skipped on a bit. Sometimes I can drag things out for too long so I just use this to skip time a bit okay

Lily's POV

Great, well done Lily. How are you going to get yourself out of this one. "Lily why did you lie to us?" Niall said staring at me, confused. I guess I'll just tell them the truth then... "Well I didn't want you to think of me as one of those obsessed fangirls. I just wanted to spend time with you but I didn't want you to think I was doing it just because you're famous, I really did want to hang out with you. I'm sorry I don't know why I thought I should lie but I didn't think you'd want to spend time with a over the top fangirl like I really am. I'm sorry" I said while looking down. Then I felt a hand underneath my chin, and Niall lifted my head up until I was staring into his eyes. "Look Lily, I don't know why you felt like you had to lie to us, but you have to promise that if you do hang out with us you can't tell anyone. And I mean anyone. Not your friends, not your parents okay?" I didn't know what to say, I was so happy. "Okay, let's go" Harry said stood in the doorway. We walked out to meet Paul again and Niall told him the situation and just smiled at me. "I guess you really did know who I was then" Paul said laughing. "Yeah, I did" I said blushing. The car pulled away and we were on the road on the way to One Direction's hotel. "So, what girl are you?" Niall questioned me. "Um what?" I looked at him confused. "Like, who's your favourite member of the band? Which girl are you?" Niall explained, not breaking eye contact with me. "Oh right, I'm a 100% a Zayn girl. Don't get me wrong, I love all of you but Zayn. Just oh my god" Wow Lily. That sounded awful. "Oh.." Niall replied giving me a weak smile. He looked like what I just said hurt him, but why would it? I was over thinking this, he doesn't even know me why would he be hurt by that? My thoughts were interupted by Paul in the front seat "We'll be back in a minute, get ready to run inside boys". Control your breathing Lily, you don't want an asthma attack do you? No. Okay, get it together. The car's stopping. Omg the car has stopped. Niall and Harry got out the car and ran inside, leaving me and Paul to stroll in together. When we got inside, the boys led me to a hotel suite that was bigger than my house. It was huge. "Boys we're back! Louis where are you?" Harry shouted through the door. Louis came strolling out of one of the bedrooms wearing a vest and shorts. Liam wearing jeans and a t shirt and Zayn came out wearing sweatpants and NO SHIRT. Zayn Malik was stood shirtless in front of me. I'm doing a good job not passing out right now. Niall coughed before saying, "Um Zayn we have a guest please put some clothes on". "Sorry Niall but I want to be polite and introduce myself first. Hey, I'm Zayn" Zayn said smiling at me and bringing me in for a hug. I just wanted to lick his body right there and then while it was pushed up against me in the bug. Then I thought I'd better not. Then Liam and Louis introduced themselves before Louis and Harry decided they were tired and went into one of the bedrooms and shut the door. 

Niall's POV

Nice one Zayn. For god sake, she's practically drooling over him. Wait, why am I so bothered about this? I barely even know her. I mean sure, she has pretty eyes and silky chocolate brown hair and soft tanned skin and cute little dimples when she smiles and light pink lips that look like they'd be so soft to kiss and- woah Niall. Stop right there. Could I really have feelings for this girl? No. I can't, I don't even know her. My thoughts were interupted by a knock at the door. "Ah, that's for me!" Zayn shouted while jogging to answer the door. When he opened it, Perrie rushed inside and hugged him before he pulled back to give her a kiss. I looked over at Lily and she just turned away, like she couldn't look at them together. Perrie introduced herself to Lily and asked who she came here with and if there was anything going on between him and her. First I heard her say Niall and then I swear I heard her say "I wish" but I decided that she didn't really say it and I was just hearing things. It was evident how much she liked Zayn. 

Lily's POV

Perrie seemed nice. I'll admit, at first it hurt a little bit to see her and Zayn. But they were a couple and I'd never met him before this, so I didn't really know him that well anyway? Then when Perrie asked if there was anything going on between me and Niall I thought about it, Niall was really sweet but there was nothing going on... yet anyway. When I replied I wish it came out louder than expected and my eyes darted right to see Niall staring at me, but he soon looked away when he realised I was looking over at him. Did he just hear that oh my god he'll think I'm weird if he did... With that thought, Perrie walked back over to Zayn before they went into one of the bedrooms together. That left me, Niall and Liam together. It would've been nice to spend some time with Niall alone to get to know him better but I wasn't going to complain because Liam Payne was standing in front of me. This is kind of awkward through, Niall's just scrolling on his phone, Liam's watching the tv and I'm... well I'm just stood here getting lost in my thoughts and staring at them like a freak. My thoughts were soon interrupted by Liam "Hey do you want to go and get some food somewhere? We could ask Paul to drive us to the countryside where there's not many people so we don't get noticed and mobbed by fans?" Aw, that was such a sweet idea. "Yeah that sounds like a good idea actually mate" Niall replied before I could.

Liam's POV

Lily smiled when I asked her to come to find some food somewhere in the countryside with me, and that made me feel good. I just wanted to get to know her better. I mean, I've barely even spoken to her and I only met her about 15 minutes ago but there's just something about her. She's so beautiful and just the way she speaks with her cute little accent, I need to find out where she's from to get a accent like that. Before she could answer, Niall spoke. Shit. No Niall, I meant just me and Lily. Great, all I could do now was smile and hope that somehow I did get to speak to Lily alone. "Great, I'll quickly go and speak to Paul" I replied with a smile. I couldn't let them know I didn't want Niall to come, after all he is one of my best mates and I'm sure his company would be nice after all. I headed off to a room on the left side of the hotel room and knocked.

Niall's POV

I have a feeling Liam was maybe only directed that invote towards Lily, but I didn't mind. It would be nice to visit somewhere out of the city. Okay I'm lying, I just don't want him to be alone with Lily. This is ridiculous, I've known her for what, 2 hours? And I already didn't want her to be around any other guys on her own. I'm starting to sound like her boyfriend but I'm barely even her friend. I wonder what it would be like to be her boyfriend, get to kiss her whenever I want, get to fall asleep cuddling her at nigh- STOP NIALL. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING. You don't even know her, keep it together. Okay, Liam and Paul are ready, I better get ready then.

We're on the way to wherever it is we're going, Paul said he knew the perfect place but neither me, Liam or Lily knew where we were going. The car ride was a bit weird, with Lily sat in the middle of me and Liam in the backseat and I couldn't help looking over at Lily every miunte or two. She was perfect so far, I know nobody's perfect but she seemed pretty close right now. I can't get what I think I heard earlier out of my head. Did she really say  she wishes there was something between us or did I just think she did? I guess there was only one way to find out, I hope she doesn't freak out. I put my hand oh her upper thigh and just rested it there. She looked at my hand, then at my face and smiled before putting her hand over mine. Oh my god, I feel so warm inside right now. Suddenly, I got drawn to Lily's lap where her phone was vibrating 'You're insecure, don't know what for. You're turning heads when you walk through the door.' Lily looked up at me and blushed. She was so cute. But seriously who was ringing her? I glanced over at the caller I.D. Brilliant timing there Ethan, thanks for calling her right now mate! Wait... Who the fuck is Ethan?
