It blew so hard
It felt so cold
Ice like shards
The wind did hold
The rain did cry
While the flowers they blew
The clouds they lied
As the shadows slew
The time it sought
Made the waves
The pain it brought
And broke the caves
Spent it's time
And made a way
Though it chimes
Through the day
The wind that blew
The rain it brought
The birds it slew
As water was sought
The thunder cries
The tears it sheds
The light that dies
Lays in bed
Waiting for morning
That raises up
And wait for night
To fall right down
The wind that blew
For as long as time
For it knew
It could never die
