After a month of research for the strange frequency we caught, i finally got a day off. I went home and talked with my friends over the internet whom are working on other branches of this radio research, they told me that they were experiencing the same phenomenon as us, they were receiving gibberish message. But i told him to give it time, check for frequencies everyday and after a few weeks you'll get a clear message.
After a week he messaged me by my work computer, he claimed the message was "for", i told him to notify his boss about it. So he did, the scientists took the message with their research.
Another branch resides on China which is hard to communicate with since most of the executives are Chinese-speaking, the branch i'm working with is Germany, but Americans took over for easier communication with the main branch, i was taken here since i was good with my english and with my radio but Chinese people are dominant people, they didn't let Americans take over their positions, that made communication hard.
One of the translators from the main branch was sent to China for information, and they managed to snag information about the frequencies from moon, and it was roughly translated to "war".
