Vanoss POV:

I woke up this morning with Delirious nowhere to be seen. Quickly, I leaped up and rubbed my eyes. "DELIRIOUS? WHERE ARE YOU?" I yelled. No reply. "He's probably outside or something." I muttered to myself. I took a shower, got dressed and ran downstairs into the kitchen. The whole house was immaculate and cleaner than ever. I smiled to myself and walked into the kitchen where I saw a plate of food waiting for me. I read the note next to it:

"Morning! Just popped out to pick up a few things, enjoy your breakfast. Love you ;) xx"

I laughed quietly and ate my breakfast when a sudden thought rushed to my head. The piece of paper Moo had given me. I reached into my pocket and pulled it out. "It's time" I thought to myself. I sighed deeply and washed up the remaining dishes. I knew exactly how to do this... but first I needed to set a few things up and get everything ready. After all, he was MY Delirious.


Delirious POV:

I got home from the grocery store and put everything away when I received a text:

"Hey, sorry I had to rush out somewhere real quick. I'll be home soon. Love you <3"

I smiled warmly and occupied myself with watching re runs of TV shows. Soon enough, I felt my eyes closing and drifted off into a deep sleep. When I woke up, it was 6:58 pm. I jumped up and looked around. He's still not back? I sighed and sat back down when I heard the door open. "Is that you Vanoss?" I asked. Moo walked through the door. "Sorry to disappoint you." he laughed. I laughed with him. "C'mon in." I said. "I would but I've been given orders to take you somewhere." he said with a huge smile plastered on his face. I slowly nodded my head.. "Go change into something nice." he told me. "But why?" I asked, puzzled. "Don't question me. Just hurry." he said in a deep voice. I simply walked to my room and did as he'd instructed. Then, I went back to him. "What now?" I asked.

He lead me to his car and told me to sit inside. "I'll drive you there now. No questions. You'll realise everything once you get there." he smiled weirdly once again and I sat there silently. We both arrived there after an hour of driving. "Right, now I've been told to keep you happy. So behind those doors there is a huge surprise for you. So, lets go." he parked the car and we both got out. He smiled at me once again and I gave him a bizarre look. He covered my eyes with my hands and led me into the warm building. It smelt like vanilla candles and booze. He moved his hands away. "Moo, what the hell is this? There's nothing here. It's just a black room..." I asked, frustrated. He lifted a finger in the air and laughed. He pulled a cord down and the curtains revealed a gorgeous room full of my favourite things. "SURPRISE!" everyone screamed in unison.

I laughed really hard and smiled. "What?! It's not even my birthday!" I laughed. "No, it isn't but it's something way better." Miniladd assured me. "Where's Vanoss?" I mumbled. "There's another surprise for you later on. Just hang in there for now." Wildcat smiled and walked off. I was greeted by many people and given a lot of gifts. Everything was perfectly planned and decorated beautifully. There was a bar with all of my favourite drinks. A huge snack table with many, many of my favourite things and several activities and lounging areas to hang around. The best part, it was all light blue like my favourite hoodie. This must have taken a lot of planning, I thought to myself.

Vanoss POV:

I've never felt more ready in my life. I walked over to Delirious as everyone fell silent. "There you are! Where have you been for so long?" He hugged me tightly. "I have something for you." I said taking a deep breath. I slowly got onto one knee and bit my lip. I looked up at him. "Delirious. I've loved you with every inch of my heart for years and I want the world to know just how much I cherish you. I can't express how much I love you through words because they just simply wouldn't be enough. Delirious... will you do the honour of being my husband?" I looked up at him with watery eyes.

He looked very shocked and could barley speak. Tears ran down his cheeks as he nodded at me and grabbed onto me, hugging me ever so tightly. I put the ring on him and laughed gleefully. I looked deep into his perfect blue eyes and kissed him like there was no tomorrow. "I want to spend the rest of my life with someone as perfect, caring and loving like you" he sputtered through his tears. I smiled, wiped away his tears and kissed him once again as everyone clapped and cheered loudly.

"Say you love me?" "I love you."
