~The Day of the Wedding~
*Woori's POV*
Today is the day. Today is the day that I walk down the aisle and get handed to Myungsoo. For some reason, I am oddly calm. However, my stepmother and Mrs. Kim have been running around me freaking out about how something isn't right. I was woken up early today so that stylists can do my hair and make up. It took only an hour maybe two to do both but in the end I could hardly tell it was me.
After finishing my make up and hair finished, Kyungri comes in and sits with me for a bit.
"Woori-ah, are you nervous?" she asks.
I shake my head.
"Jinjja? I thought you would be. You're getting married at such a young age. To a guy you hardly know anything about," she says.
I glare at her. 'Is she trying to get me nervous? Because it's kind of working.'
"But don't worry, Woori-ah, because I will be up there by your side," she says smiling.
I jump up from my seat and hug her.
"YAH! Don't ruin your hair and makeup, arraso? We both know that you don't want to go back through the torture again," she says laughing.
I smile and pull away from the hug. She places her hands on my shoulders and looks me in the eyes.
"Woori-ah, listen to me. If that Myungsoo hurts you in anyway, you come to me, arraso? I will hurt him for you, arraso?" she says seriously.
I smile at her and nod. I start signing to her:
'Don't worry, Kyungri. I will come straight to you if he hurts me. But trust me when I say that he won't.'
"Arraso, I trust you. But I still keep that promise," she says smiling.
Soon we hear a knock on the door. Kyungri opens the door and their stands my stepmother.
"Kyungri, what are you doing here? You are suppose to be getting ready. Now go," she orders.
"Aish. Arraso, I'm going. Woori-ah, if you need me, I'm just a text message away," Kyungri says then walks out of the room.
"And you. We have to get you into your dress, palli," she says clapping at me as if I'm a dog.
'You are going to be thing I WON'T miss when I move in with Myungsoo,' I thought.
I quickly put on my dress and heels with out falling. I look at myself in the mirror.
'Look, Umma, your little Woori is getting married. I wish you were here. Mianhae for not remembering you but I do remember that I will always love you. You are my real umma not this witch that appa married.'
A knock on the door brings me out of my thoughts. I look to see WooHyuk Oppa standing at the door.
"Hey little sis. You look amazing. Umma would cry over this for sure if she was here," he says.
I smile sadly at him. He holds out his hand. I walk over to him and place my hand in his.
"Woori-ah, no matter what you will always be my baby sister. And if you ever need me, I'm just a text message away. Arraso?" he says.
I nod.
"Saranghae, Woori-ah," he says pulling me into a hug.
I wrap my arms around his waist.
'Nado, Oppa, Saranghae.'
He pulls away from the hug and looks at me.
"Let's do this," he says holding out his arm.
