The Price We Pay For Beauty

In order to be beautiful, popular, a model, you have to be skinny. In order for my parents to accept me, I have to be skinny. What if you're not? Am I not beautiful? Popular-like? Model-Like? Good enough for anyone?

Will that ever change? No. This world is corrupt and imperfect. I'll never win anything if I don't change how I look now, but I'm not rich enough to get plastic surgery and I'm not committed enough to work out. What is my life worth? Nothing. Nothing to me, or to anyone. I'm nothing.

Rachel Harrison was overweight, but that's not what she wanted in life. She wanted to be skinny, beautiful, popular, a model, and win her parents acceptance. But her fate decided she should be forever alone and ugly to the society. That's how she saw it, and no one else saw anything differently than her.

When a rich, hot senior named Ben Cottrell from Korotko Academy approaches the fat junior from a public school, everything changes. He offers her a makeover, making her skinny, in exchange for her to make his ex-girlfriend jealous.

Why her? Why Rachel? Because Ben wants someone she doesn't know and no one will. A girl a grade younger from a public school who was known as fat, would never be recognized as a new hot girl who's new to the states top academy. A fat girl gone skinny within a day, not noticeable at all.
