Jershon's POV

The girl who left reminded me of Janna. Her smile, her giggle, her pretty eyes and her brown hair..... I absolutely loved everything about her.

I shook my head to clear my thoughts. No such luck, she was still in my mind. It was sembreak, and I was wasting it. I decide to call my friends and go to the mall.

I dialed Thania's number and she picked up at the fourth ring.

"Hey, whats up?" she said.

"Are you free?" I asked.

"Well, I'm actually in South Coast Plaza," she said.

"Stay there. Call the others and I'll meet you there in 20," I replied.

"Okay then." After that, she hung up.

I smiled, wore my favorite shirt, and messed up my hair. I was gonna see Janna later. I cursed under my breath, I think of her even if I go out with my friends. I got in my car and drove to the nearest mall.

When I got there, I was greeted by Renee, Thania, Sasha and Timothy.

"Hey Jershon." Thania smiled. Awkwardly, I looked around"Where's Janna?" Her smile faded.

"She couldn't come." Timothy replied.

We proceeded to go eat. Ordering my usual meal, I sat down and talked to my friends.

"Did you hear? We're gonna have a homecoming dance next January!" Sasha excitedly gossiped.

I stared into my chicken, bored. A random guy suddenly started shouting for the bill. I looked at him, annoyed at the commotion he was causing. I glared at him. A girl who looked like Janna put her hand on top of his and told him something. He instantly stopped shouting, took a deep breath and waved his hands frantically.

I mentally did a facepalm. I walked over to them to give him a piece of my mind, but I saw that the girl was Janna Cheng, my beloved.

I walked over to them. "Oh, hi Janna, what are you doing here? I thought you were busy." I said. Her face showed ultimate signs of panic, but I decided to make her panic more.

"Whoever you are, may I speak with Janna for a while?" I asked with as much hate as I can muster.

"No, you may not speak to Janna." he said, with a angry look on his face. Well that was uncalled for.

"Your face is uncalled for," he said. Did I actually say that out loud?

Janssen's POV

I left that wretched restaurant. Standing hand in hand with Janna.

"Who was that guy?" I asked her angrily.

"He's just a friend of mine." she replied. I breathed out a sigh of relief. She wasn't dating him after all.

I dropped Janna off at her house and bid her goodbye.

Janna's POV

Oh my gosh.

That was really bad. Bad, bad, bad.

My phone suddenly rang and it was Jershon who was calling me.

I didn't answer the call because I felt guilty of what happened.

Jershon's POV

Why won't Janna pick up her phone?

Uggghhhhhhhh

I jumped on my bed and lied down thinking of her.

That guy couldn't be her boyfriend right? I mean Sasha did say that Janna wasn't dating anyone.

Why can't Janna just be mine?

She had sparkling eyes that made me smile. She had a laugh that was perfect in every way. Her hair that made me go crazy.

Good news is tomorrow is the last day of semestral break, meaning I'll get to see Janna, soon.
