June 1st, 2018.

Grand Marks Hotel, Washington D.C.

Agent Alexei Petrikov

The next morning.

"Last night was kinda wild. Wasn't it?" I asked. Natasha sat up on her side of the bed and walked over to the bathroom to change.

"It certainly was Alexei." a hint of pleasure in her tone. "Let me get dressed first, then we can talk about our part of the mission." She got dressed in the bathroom. I already had dressed, as I woke earlier. My black suit matched my shoes, as the Commander had said. "I'll open the Briefcase.

I took hold of the first paper I saw, which was our Team Plan. "Our first objective is to infiltrate the CIA and become CIA operatives." I looked at the secondary instructions under that. "Voice changers and Fake IDs are provided, use them well and correctly. Sweet, we get voice changers."

Natasha walked out in her black suit, prepared for the mission.

I handed Natasha her voice changer and ID. "I am now Elizibeth Crowes. Former Microsoft engineer and Martial Arts expert. Sounds fitting."

"Cool, my new ID is Colin Barkens. Former Military Technition and martial arts specialist." I looked at the ID card in my hands. It had my exact face and features.

"Wow."said Natasha. She picked up the voice changer. "So, how does this work?" The device was a headband looking thing.

"There is instructions in here." I picked up a mini booklet. Quickly reading through it, I understood. "Says here we are to place it around our neck here." I pointed to the area below my adams apple.

"Be weary, as there will be some slight pain as the band connects with your vocal cords." Slowly, I placed the band where it says to. Moments later, a sharp, but brief pain washes into me. When its over, I don't feel anymore pain.

"Do I sound different?" Natasha asks. Her voice now sounds of an American accented type, but still different.

"It sure does Natasha, or shall I say Elizabeth." I joked. We both laughed for a minute. "Anyways, we need to call each other by our fake names."

"Alright Colin, we shall." She smirked. "So, how long do these voice changers last."

I looked again at the booklet. "Says they work only when its on you. If the device is on, your voice changes." I smiled. I liked this. Super-stealthy.

"Ok, so, we enroll in the CIA. Then what?" I looked at here, then at the briefcase. I searched through the papers and found a small USB hardrive. "What's that?"

"The End." That's all I needed to say. We smiled evily. "To the CIA it is then."

Several Days later, at the CIA HQ. (The Pentagon)

"So, why should we employ you two to duty in our CIA? Give me reasons." We were talking with the Head of the CIA, Don Richards.

"Well, we could best any of your agents in combat." said 'Elizabeth'. He looked surprised. Narrowing his eyes, he asked.

"How could you beat any of my agents? They are the best of the best." He raised an eyebrow in question. Don was a tall man, not a muscular fellow, but intimidating.

"With all due respect Mr. Richards, me and my colleague both trained beyond extremely hard to prepare for this." I lied, keeping a straight face. "We went through private Marines training and learned the ways of a CIA agent, as well as our enemy." The next few words were hard for me to say, but I sucked it up and said it. "The KGB."

"Really? That's fantastic. I would love to have you two on my team. Welcome to the CIA. Be here tomorrow morning and I will see how well you really are trained." He looked over us another time. "I look forward to seeing you in combat tomorrow."

"We will see you tomarrow Mr. Richards." Me and Natasha's stood up. I shook Don Richards' hand and walked out. Natasha did the same.

1 hour later at the Hotel.

I walked into our room overjoyed. Step one success. I felt Natasha's arms surround me. I turned and gave.my friend a hug. She let go and I began.

"Step one done! Now, in several day we will move on to step two. In the meantime, we must gain Richards' respect."

"Indeed. That's important. Do you think he was suspicious?" She asked.

"I doubt it." That settled it, nothing more was said about it.

For the rest of the night we had fun. Like our first night, we met up with Alena and Mikhail to swim. After several hours of aquatic hijinks, we retreated to their room to watch some movies. We started Star Wars IV.

"Say Alexie, have you guys seen Ivan or Irena since we arrived?" Mikhail asked. I was curious myself. "We haven't."

"No, I do not believe we've seen them anywhere. Have you Natasha?" She shook her head no.

"Strange," Alena started, "They could just be secluded in their room doing who cares what."

"Probably." I said. The movie was just about over. "Well, it's getting late, so we should head to bed." Natasha agreed.

"Ok, should we keep doing these nightly meet ups?" asked Alena. I thought for a minute.

"Yes, yes we should. It has been fun." With that,I got up a walked out, Natasha followed.

Over the next weeks, we gained Din Richards' trust. We bested his operatives in many ways. He was quite impressed. We made such an impression as to leading to our assignment of guarding the U.S. mainframe.

Plans were falling into place.

Until next time! -Braeden
