Mark walked across the stage and to the kids, Jack included, who's eyes were wide as saucers.
"Ok kids! Can you help us find our friend." Mark hated to lie but Nate was inactive. His animatronic was off but Jin flipped the switch when no one was looking.
Mark sighed gracefully and led the sauce and cake covered kids to a small box.
"Wait here!" Mark smiled. "When he comes out, say "Hi Nate!" okay?" The young nodded as Mark opened the small box.
Inside was Nate's animatronic. But it was broken.
"W-what happened to Nate?" A girl cried.
"Well kids, guessing he's sleeping. Who wants more cake?" Mark led the oblivious children to that parents or guardians.

Hunter looked at the kids and a voice shot through his mind. It was Mark."Dookie! Get out of your animatronic and look at this!" Hunter obeyed, sliding out as a spirit and went to Mark.
Mark pointed to the inside of the box.
"Wait, what about the kids?" Hunter asked.
"I slipped out too. Adam's taking the reins for a bit." Mark replied and Hunter peeked over.
"Nate's animatronic, it's ruined." Indeed it was, the mask was cracked and two, bluish-purple lines -almost like tear stains- ran down the eyeholes.
The eyes flickered and the body moved, but it really wasn't responding.
"Then where is Nate?" Hunter asked.
"Carrying out the final part of the plan, tricking Mat into being a night guard. Mat's will be so scared. Maybe we'll somehow be set free. I mean, we're trapped as spirits." Mark said.
"Well, Nate is good at being bad creepy." Hunter agreed.
"You bet."
"Wait?"
"Wait."
