It's been 3 years ever since my boyfriend Leo left me. No news and whatsoever.
**
After the prophecy about Gaea, a lot of demigods disappeared and was hurt. Some found new hope and some remained in despair, just like me. I couldn't blame them because I also find it tramautizing.
Piper just came to me and told me that Leo was gone. I was finding some words and I just wanted to believe that it was just a joke " That was a good one! Pipes." But no.
Annabeth later on came to me and rubbed my shoulder. A yelp escaped from my mouth and I ran to the field of strawberries. "Percy! Let her be. She needs...space for now." I heard from Annabeth before disappearing into the dark.
No, it's just not right. HE PROMISED. Before they traveled because of this prophecy. He promised that he would never leave me just like my mother and my brother.
My mother worked as a marine biologist alongside with my older brother. They were travelling to Alaska when a news slapped me that a blizzard hit their boat. Their remnants were never found even after the help of a search team. I even went there myself, not afraid what would happen to me.
I lived in Alaska with my distant Aunt for 2 years and I was just 14 years old. I was told of my father and I moved to Long Island , New York and stayed in Camp Half Blood for good. I came there not knowing of what I may encounter.
My Aunt departed me all the way to the Long Island Railroad. Hold on, what kind of Aunt would do that to their niece. She must be pretty sick of me already. Who wouldn't? A whole stay without talking to her, was probably too much of a thing I did.
I was lost and I had nowhere to go. I stayed in the streets and spent the whole time running away from scary monsters trying to decapitate me. Good thing I still have my mother's handy knife with me. It was made of bronze or something. I don't know?
A bearded man in his 30s wearing a yellow and blue hawaiian outfit came to me and told me, to stay in his place. That scared the jam out of me. Next thing I remembered I was running, trying to get away from the weird guy. I got really tired and just stopped running. I pointed the bronze handy knife at him and saw him grinning.
"Wait! I know the way to Camp Half Blood. I will lead you there." Huh? Did he just mentioned Camp Half Blood? Yeah he did.
"How can I trust you?"
"Hmm. Kid, just follow me if you still want to run away from the monsters trying to decapitate you."
I had no choice but to follow the weird guy. Yeah, he looks like a trustable person. Is there even a word? Gods, please don't make me regret my instincts.

" Sir, are you sure this is the place? " I asked the weird man, looking at my back.
Wait, where in the worlds is he? H-How? Just a second he was behind me. Ugggh.
I heard a scream and I'm pretty sure its not from a human. Not again. I drew my handy knife and prepared myself for the upcoming action. I stiffened when a huge shadow came in. He was seven feet tall, easy, his arms and legs like something from the cover of Muscle Man magazine-bulging biceps and triceps and a bunch of other 'ceps, all stuffed like baseballs under vein-webbed skin. He wore no clothes except under-wear-I mean, bright white Fruit of the Looms-which would've looked funny, except that the top half of his body was so scary. Coarse brown hair started at about his belly button and got thicker as it reached his shoulders.
His neck was a mass of muscle and fur leading up to his enormous head, which had a snout as long as my arm, snotty nostrils with a gleaming brass ring, cruel black eyes, and horns-enormous black-and- white horns with points you just couldn't get from an electric sharpener.Oh gods no, I ain't combat fighting with that guy. Run! I told myself. Adrenaline rushed from my head to toe, I was shaking like a macarena and I couldn't imagine what I'd look like.
I jumped through the rocks and gigantic trees, he was catching up. I remembered I'm not a marathon runner and I sucked at it. I was never gifted with long legs, I was a petite and thin girl. He threw a gigantic tree trunk at me and miraculously dodged it. Hoh. I just kept on running and unleashed my inner athlete or maybe its because of the ADHD.
Holy Jellyfish! I was trapped, and it just came to me that 'Hey I'm a demigod. Maybe I got powers?'. I concentrated, remembering the worst things that happened to me. My mom and brother, the monsters. I was in rage, something deep in my gut was tugging and I reached on it. It hurt like when you were on your last piece of pizza and somebody grabbed it from you and ate it.
There was a loud cracked in the land and I heared the loud roar at my back and noticed that nobody was following me anymore. What. No way. Did I make that hole? I looked around me and my eyesight began to blur. I was later on enveloped by the darkness.

I woked up having a taste of chocolate and mint in my mouth. I remembered the cake my mom used to bake me. Her bright smile plastered on her freckeled face. Her ashy hair tied up on a ponytail whilst wearing a blue and pink polkadoted apron.
It was one of the best memories I had of her. It was irreplaceable. I just love her so much. A tear escaped my eyes and tried to erase the thought.
Okay, I'm in a tent. Calm down. A girl with a fierce eyes and black hair came to me.
"She's up."
Wait, where am I?
"This is Camp Half Blood, I'm Clarrise, daughter of the god of War, Ares. You are?"
I was lost of words. So it really is true. I opened my mouth and tried to find my voice but of no luck, I was lost of words literally. H-How? What's happening?"You can't talk? You were asleep for a week. We were really worried, we found you dead cold in the forest. And thanks Gods you're already awake. It's alright, it's normal. It wont take you too long to have your voice return."
Oh gods.
