New start (Part 1)

Emilia's POV
I just got to my new home and well let's just say it is such a mess and well it kinda seems small too.
"Wow mum. This house is kinda small", I said carrying some boxes into our new home. "Well your dad chose it. GIRLS! Help with the boxes.", my mom said when my nine year old sisters came into the house texting. "But mum!!! We're texting Stacy and Lisa, Stacy's crush just asked her out. Besides we didn't ask to move", Regina and Reyna said as they ran upstairs to choose their rooms, a few seconds later we heard screaming. "Emilia, please can you go and see what's going on", my dad said coming in with a big box, why do I always have to stop their fights(which is BTW like separating a cat and dog fighting).
"What's going on in here", I said barging into one of the rooms, "Regina won't leave my room!!!", Reyna screamed pointing at Regina; "Your room. It's my room!!!", Regina shouted also pointing. "Okay, okay. Who told you guys this was your room",I said folding my arms, " Well, no one really. We kinda chose it", they both said looking at each other. "Well then. DAD!!!! Little help here", I screamed. "Yeah, what's up", dad said coming in and looking at the three of us, "Apparently these two think this should be their room so they are fighting for it..............so I called you here to help me make a decision to settle these both of them", I explained."Okay so let me get this straight, Reyna, you want this room and Regina you also want this room", they both nodded "So here's the surprise, none of you get it", he told them, "But dad.......", they started before he interrupted them, "I'm sorry girls but this is the second biggest room in the house so I think it should be your sister's room", we all stood staring at him with our mouths open, then turned back to dad "Daaadd it's not fair, why should she a big room and where are we going to stay", they said slipping me dirty looks "Hey don't start a tantrum with me. Listen, you girls are each gonna get a smaller room but if you start complaining you're not only gonna get a small room you're gonna share a small room", dad said with his serious face and it was kind of hard not to laugh.They all stared at me confused before my sisters went off to their rooms.

"Mum!!", I called from my room on my plain bed, "Yes honey, what's wrong?", she said coming into my room and sitting next to me "I'm hungry", I told her "Well, go to the mall or somewhere and find something to eat, we're still unpacking and the kitchen's a mess. Here's fifty dollars so, probably you can get some clothes while your there, you start at your new school in two days and I don't think we'll be able to find your clothes in this mess by then", she said handing me a fifty dollar note, I'm really surprised though, mum never lets me or my sisters go shopping alone, she says she doesn't understand what kids our age call clothes but maybe moving here would change that. "Thanks", I said grabbing the note in excitement.
It's kinda hot in LA this time of the year so I just wore a tank top, denim shorts and flip-flops, I seemed strange when I saw people wearing tight jeans in the heat maybe they are used to the weather. I went to the sunglasses shop first after eating 'cause I felt I would need them a lot, I was searching through the racks when I saw the perfect three(a white one with black polkadots, a leopard print one and one with a zebra print both the zebra and leopard prints were furry) but as I reached to pick it up someone else also reached for it and our hands met, I looked up and saw a redheaded girl looking at me. " Hi, shopping for sunglasses too right?",she said looking at me "Yeah, well it's really hot in LA so I figured I'll get some while I'm here", I said looking back at her, "I see, well I'm Violet and I go to Stone Brooke High", she said "Cool. Wait did you say Stone Brooke High? I'm starting there this year", I said " OMG. Really? Well then you're officially my new bestie. Well, see you in two days, got to go. Bye", and with that she left. When I got home I told mom everything, "Well darling, at least you know someone so you won't be lonely in school and if you're lucky she might have friends that would want to be your friends", she said and I agreed, then I fell asleep dreaming of my perfect school day and all the friends I'll get.
