When the lions got outside te pride, Mufasa said, "Everything you see exists together in a delicate balance. As king, you need to understand that balance and respect all the creatures, from the crawling ant to the leaping antelope."

"But, Dad, don't we eat the antelope?" Kopa and Simba asked.

"Yes, Simba, kopa, but let me explain. When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass. And so we are all connected in the great Circle of Life." Mufasa explained.

"Good morning sir!" Zazu said standing on a rock.

"Good morning Zazu!" Mufasa said to him.

"Checking in with the morning report." Zazu said.

"fire away." Mufasa said.

" Well the buzz from the bees is that the leopards are in a bit of a spot. And the baboons..."

While Zazu is telling Mufasa the morning report, Simba, and Kopa was trying to catch a grasshopper, but failed and bumped into a rock.

"What are you doing sons?" Mufasa wispered to Simba, and Kopa.

"Pouncing." both Sima,and Kopa said.

"Let me teach you how it's done." Mufasa said.

While Zazu was keep telling the report, Mufasa said, "Zazu, would you turn around?"

"Yes sir." Zazu replied.

While Zazu was still talking about te report, Mufasa wispered to Sima, and Kopa, "Stay low to the ground." Continue on Chapter 3
