Well of fucking course Hinata was real why wouldn't he? But then again he spent his whole life telling himself that Kageyama Tobio-who is sitting across from him wasn't real and that he was insane. It was odd really, to think someone has been going through the same things as he had. The pair talked about their recent dreams and what time period they were in, in that certain dream. Never did he think he's find someone, and it was strange because now that he finally talked to Kageyama he felt like he connected with him. Never had he really felt he connected with anybody but with Kageyama, he knew something was special about him. He must of been making the dorkiest smile into space because Kageyama said aloud "What're you smiling about? Are you even listening to me?" Hinata was brought back to earth and shook it head "S-Sorry lost in though." he replied quickly Kageyama sighed then got up "I said I had to go now." Hinata nodded and led him to the door. They talked a little more before exchanging numbers and Kageyama was on his way.
10:30. Wow, he'd never actually straight on talked with someone within hours mainly because of his need to always be moving. It was nice though, he felt comfortable and actually calmed. Somehow he ended up with the nickname 'dumbass' but he didn't really mind. He shook his head and let a sigh pass his lips. He walked to his bedroom and collapsed on his bed, stripping himself of his pant and getting comfortable in bed. It was a little strange though because Hinata hadn't been having nightmares a lot like he usually did but he didn't mind of course. Hinata pulled the blanket over his head and snuggled into the bed until he was fully content.
They were walking side by side, letting the chilly air nip at their fingers and noses. Hinata looked up at Kageyama and Kageyama looked down at him, they smiled at each other "You're my best friend." Hinata's smile grew bigger "So are you! Promise not to leave me, okay?" Kageyama nodded. They pinky promised each other and when kageyama took the first step, Hinata screamed in terror as a train started rushing towards Kageyama. He tried to call Kageyama back, Kageyama fell on the track, they were crying, the train got closer.
Hinata couldn't believe what he just saw. Blood was everywhere. On the train, stained in the tracks, some on his clothes. Hinata fell to his knees and started to scream and cry. It wasn't fair, it wasn't fair that his best friend died. They were only 10. Why did he die why did he die. Hinata turned around and ran away. He ran as fast as he could. No he's not dead. Hinata screamed at that thought. But he is dead. He saw it happen, so tragic but so fast. Although for him, it felt like everything was in slow motion. The only things moving at a rapid pace were him and Kageyama as he struggled to get his foot off the track.
Hinata was up quickly. He was tangled in the mess of blanket and sheets, struggling to get lose of being held down. When Hinata sat up he instantly started sobbing. The tears wouldn't stop pouring out of his sockets and he kept wiping his eyes. He couldn't calm down the dream was absolute hell. Why. Why him, why now. He didn't deserve any of this so why was he getting all the shit? Hinata honestly didn't know and weeped some more. He groped for his phone when he found it on his nightstand. The brightness of the screen made him cringe but he was still crying and continued to wipe down his phone from any tears.
To Kageyama:
R u awake
About ten minutes passed by and he still couldn't control himself when there was a beep
From Kageyama:
Yes I am, why are you awakeTo Kageyama:
Bad dream :(From Kageyama:
Wow me too
Hinata laid back down and tried to calm down when there was one more beep
From Kageyama: is it okay if I come over tomorrow? To Kageyama: sur y not
Hinata couldn't sleep after. He wanted to text Kageyama some more but he probably got over his bad dream too and was already asleep. So instead he watch some YouTube videos, read, and played games. He looked up at the time on the top of the screen. 6:00 AM. Shit. Shit shit shit shit. He realized the time and realized it was only Friday and he still had work. Hinata got up frenzied and got ready as quick as possible. He zoomed down the streets on his bike and made sharp turns. Luckily he made it in time and he wasn't late. Oh thank god he thought. Hinata said hello to the old woman and started getting ready to open. Hopefully he could forget. Hopefully he won't get another one.
