So you're interested in a book cover?

Here are the conditions and rules:

• You must request first using the form provided in the next chapter

• If your request is accepted, you should then complete the initial payment

• Your cover will not be delivered if the initial payment is not completed

• Once your cover is delivered, you must complete the final payment

• Do not post anything unrelated to covers and cover making in this book.

• Initial payment: You must dedicate any chapter of the book you are having the cover made for

• Final payment: You must give credit to me for the cover in the description of the book

• If you are unsatisfied with your cover or want any changes, just ask, and I will do my best to deliver.

• The mandatory story must be published and you must give credit

• Under the Anything Else section you must put the password

• When filling out the form, literally copy and paste it to fill it out

• If there is a part in the form that you don't have information for, simple put N/A or something along those lines

• I have a life outside of Wattpad, so if I don't have your cover up, please don't nag me for it. If after 5 days I still haven't delivered your cover, feel free to give be a friendly reminder
