Hero's Dawn

Chapter 4

                   I wake up in the same jail cell as before. I want to go home. The bracelet is still on me. I try to use my power, it doesn't work. I guess its the bracelet. Suddenly I here a loud crashing sound, the room shakes. I here my name being called " Rue" West says yelling as loud as he could to find me." Over here" I shout. "Hey" he says unlocking the cell door. "Whats going on" I cry. "I'll tell you later" He replies. "No, tell me now" I demand. "The lady who took you is part of a group that want's to take people with powers down" He quickly tells me. " That's not true she is part of S.P.I.N, Super People In Need." I explain. " That used to be our name, they took it and made it there own." He looks confused. "wait" I cry as he picks me up and fly's away. He takes me home. "The lady, her name is Antoinette" He growl's at her name. "Um West, Why would you give me a bracelet that stop me from using my power" I ask. "What, I didn't give you anything" He replies."But what about the note" I say as I pull it out. He reads it. "That's not my handwriting" He concludes. "Who's is it" I wonder. " I bet you its Antoinette's" he says. " Why would she do that" I wonder more. "Because she want's you to go against us, Rue your destiny is to lead super humans into peace with the world" He try's to convince me. "Yeah, well you don't know me very well" I say turning my back to go home. "I know you well enough to know that you can lead me and the whole world" he replies turning me back around. "Thank you West, but no thank you" I leave him in the street.

I lay down on my bed, turn the TV on and eat chocolate ice cream. Ice cream help's everything but this. I want my life to be like any other girls.
