Chapter Two

29 2 16

I close my laptop and rush around the hotel room in a frantic hurry to leave as soon as possible. After putting on a pair on the worlds tightest jeans and a plain black top I am finally ready. But this was only the easy part..

I knew as soon as i made my decision to flee this more-than-boring hotel room that it wasn't going to be easy. Being the worlds most famous sex icon, most talented musician and over all God wasn't a walk in the park. Getting away from security and manic fans whilst sneaking out of this building was going to be an adventure I was ready to live.

I slid through the door and around the corner like a lioness creeping up on its prey. As far as I could see, the hallways were all clear and my escape would be no fuss at all. so I go for it. I run as fast as my skin tight jeans would allow me as I rush into the elevator and press the ground floor button. it takes about 30 seconds to finally come to a halt and as I make a left turn heading for the main entrance I see Louis' sister, Lottie. She's joined us for the European tour dates as she was missing her brother. Gemma never does that. I try to turn around before she notices me but I was too late.

"Harry, what are you doing? I thought you were out with the rest of the boys. Harry? Why are you running away from me?"

She begins chasing after me, but there's no way  I'm going to be able to keep up this pace much longer. Especially in these jeans.

With my last bit of energy, I leg it out of the fire exist at a speed Usian Bolt would congratulate me on, (probably).

But it's too late.

"Harry what the hell are you doing?! Are you on drugs or something? Why on earth were you running away from me?"

I'm going to tell her. I can trust Lottie, she understands people. hopefully she'll just leave me alone to relish under the undying love from the chimpanzees, and to daydream and cloud-gaze side by side with the sea lions.

"Lottie, I'm going to tell you where I'm going and what I'm doing but you can't tell anyone else. please, I'm begging you. No one will let me go otherwise. I'm trusting you, Lottie. Promise me you'll keep it to yourself."

"you're creeping me out a bit, Harry.." She says with a voice almost as slow as mine.

"No, no. it's not anything you need to worry about. I'll be fine, just promise me you won't tell anyone, okay?" I'm trying my hardest to convince her, but with her silver-White hair, heavy makeup and stern look, I'm not so confident that I have.

"fine, whatever. I promise I won't tell anyone." I let out a breath I wasn't aware I was holding. "just please tell me where you're going"

"The zoo, Lot. I'm going to the zoo. Its the only place around here where I'll feel at home. If any of the crew know I'm leaving this hotel, they'll pin me down and drag me back to my room" I wish I was joking...

"I thought nobody could drag you down." she laughs. I stare at her with an emotionless expression. she shuts up.

"I have so many questions..." I begin to panic. I don't want to be held up here explaining myself. My palms are sweating and my knees are becoming weak with every seconds that passes. "...but I'm not going to ask them. I can tell how badly you want this, so go. Go and party with the apes you monkey boy!"

Thank. God.

I hug her quickly and begin to run again. Nothing can stop me now, for I am Harold Edward Styles and I can do whatever the hell I please.

Just as I thought I was in the clear, Paul, the tour manager spots me from beside the tour buss. I curse under my breath as he approaches me. At this rate I will never get to the zoo.

"Harry mate where'd ya think you're going?" Said Paul in an overly enthusiastic manner.

He can't know where I'm really off to or he would never allow me to go on my own. I can't go on my own anywhere. That's why I'm so adamant on getting to this zoo without a chaperone.

"Just needed some fresh air mate" I lie.

"Why didn't ya just-" Paul begins before he is cut off by a raging Lou, the hairdresser for the band.

"PAUL WHERE DID YOU PUT MY HAIR STRAIGHTENERS?!" She shouted with rage clear in her voice.

I really can't be dealing with Lottie x2 right now.

"I gotta go pal, hurry in before any fans see ya, okay?" He says as he turns back to the bus, climbing aboard, presumably to fetch Lou's ever so important hair straighteners.

"I will, don't worry"

Thank god he's out the way. Now nothing else is going to get in the way of me getting to this zoo.
