Today is the day before Halloween, one of my favorite holidays.. I'm happy that I will get to have fun with my family, but I already know shit will go down hill once I get home.

I've never been diagnosed with anything, so I can't say I have an eating disorder but holy hell do I have problems. I have bulimic tendencies (binging+ purging) but once again, never been diagnosed :c

Today wasn't sooo bad, I did bp, but it wasn't as huge as what it normally is.. Honestly I just want to be done with this stuff, I hate having to deal with this..

Hopefully, on monday, I can attempt to eat "normally" ( less than 700 cal)

P.S- my definition of normal for my eating habits is definitely not healthy, a human being should get at least 1200 cals day and thats minimum
most people will need to eat more that this to keep their body functioning correctly,
please don't follow in my footsteps, if you fear you may be developing an eating disorder,
TELL SOMEBODY,
I know it's hard, but in the end it will make your life a little less shitty, nobody wants to have to worry about calories or when they get to run to the bathroom and purge constantly
