I'm soo tired but I don't wanna go to bed cause it's too early
I lost about half a pound since yesterday now officially at 113. I just hope I don't start gaining a whole bunch of weight..

I'm gonna try to go on a "diet" basically just not binge. I know damn right well that a diet is not what I'm about to be doing, diet's are supposed to be healthy

I have a habit of weighing myself after I do anything: eat, shower, bodily functions, sleep, etc, but doing that really doesn't help my state of mind, cause if I see I've gained any weight I automatically freak out..
