I'm Watching You (#JustWriteIt)

Chapter One

"I'm just saying that maybe this isn't such a good idea."

"What? Psh. You've been watching way too much horror movies, Sophia."

"Yeah, I mean what's the harm? This is just a board game."

The clock struck 10 at a Wednesday night as five girls huddled together at the Tangco Residence.

"Listen, Sophia, you don't have to join if you don't want to." Regine Garcia placed a reassuring hand on her friend's shoulder with a gentle smile on her face.

"You could just relax in your bed watching TWD while we try this out." Salia Timbancaya says with a small shrug.

Sophia Tangco pondered for a moment deciding what to do. Join her friends try out a creepy board game or chill in her bed watching TWD?

After a few seconds, she stood up and grabbed her tablet and made her way to her bed.

"Knock yourselves out." She says as she went on YouTube. Her friends shrugged and nodded their heads before focusing on the board.

"You know what? Maybe I should join Soph-" standing up as she says this, Freya Tallorin was pulled back down by Danielle Cusi who rolled her eyes.

"You're the one who said that 'it's just a board game' not too long ago and you're already backing out?"

True that she did mean what she said about it being just a silly board game but something felt off. She feels like as if something bad might happen and want to back out the last minute they're playing. That and the fact that she wants to watch The Walking Dead too.

"Okay guys," Regine smiles as she got the glass and placed it on the board. "this is called, The Spirit of The Glass"

"We call out a soul and ask them questions like 'does my crush likes me back?', 'is my mom and dad okay?', 'will I fail tomorrow's math quiz?' and stuff like that. We place our index finger on the edge of the glass so that we'll see the letters in the middle." she explains looking at the other three girls.

Salia tilted her head slightly to the side with a questioning look, "Do we have to say goodbye or else something bad may happen like the movie Ouija?"

This caught Sophia's attention, causing her to pause the video and listen to them.

Now the four were waiting for Regine's answer.

"Yeah I guess so. But remember... There's a reason why we're using a cup and why its upside down." She looked at Freya, who was anticipating to play the game and get over it, and smirked.

"If she gets scared I will so tease her about this."

"Because the spirit might get out of the glass."

"JESUS CHRIST SOPHIA! YOU ALMOST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK!" Danielle yells and gave the said girl a death glare. Sophia was standing behind Danielle trying to hide a small smile.

"Blame Regine, she was taking too long to explain." She point s out as she sat down between Danielle and Salia.

"You playing now? I knew you couldn't resist!" Salia smirks at her.

"Yeah, yeah, lets play the game already." Freya mutters and placed her finger next to Salia as Sophia, Danielle and Regine followed after.

"Uhh Reg? How do we call out a spirit?" Salia asks looking at her friend.

"Beats me." She came to reply. Freya looked at Regine with a deadpanned face.

"You mean to tell us that you know how the game works but you have no idea how to call a spirit?"
