Chapter 11

Tyveon's POV
I'm so happy to be having a baby girl. I know Harmony isn't happy to see me but I'm happy to see her. Maybe she's just not happy that I brought Melinda with me. She just a friend but Harm doesn't know that. I followed the crowd into the kitchen leaving Melinda alone so that I could talk to the mother of my daughter. I sat down across from her and tried to speak but all I got was an eye-roll.
"Why the hell are you even here Tyveon?"she scoffed slamming her fork down.
That shit really hurt me lowkey. I never remembered her calling my Tyveon. I was either Tye or babe.
"Is it so bad that I want to know what gender my child is?" I asked.
"It's your child?! You sure about that?
You haven't got your blood test though!"
Melinda's timing couldn't have possibly been worse. She pranced over to me and kissed my cheek before sitting in my lap. This is clearly not what friends did. I don't know what the hell got into her.
"Not only did you show up uninvited, but you brought this hoe with you" Harmony said burning holes through Melinda with her eyes.
"Look baby mama I'm not a hoe. You just mad because he left your dumbass for me." Melinda chimed in raising up from her seat which only lead Harm to raise too.
Harmony snatched Melinda's hair and yanked her down so that her face was just inches from the table. By this time everyone was watching.
She whispered slow and quietly just like some type of crazy person,"Bitch if you ever in your life disrespect me again it will be your last day walking. You're going to be a hoe to me, until I decide I want to call you something else. As far as you standing up like you was gone touch me, was the dumbest shit you could've ever done. Now you got 10 seconds to leave my house and not say shit else. You can also walk up the street and call a cab because Tye won't be taking you home today"
"Tye you just gone let this bitch do this to me?" Melinda asked.
Bam!
Harmony slammed her head into the table. "What. Did. I. Tell. You. Bitch?" Between every word her name was on the table.
"There ain't nothing I can do. Me and you aren't together, this is her house, and you disrespected her. She had every right to do that" I said.
Apparently I pissed her off because I was called every name in the book.
"Times up bitch!" Harmony said dragging her to the front door.
I don't care what Harmony says. I can tell she still loves me. Once everyone left I stayed later to help clean. Her parents left so it was just me and her.
"Can you just tell me how you knew?" She asked sounding like the old Harmony I knew and loved.
"Fine. I made a fake profile because I missed you and I wanted to know how you were doing. I also wanted to know how our baby girl was doing" I said placing a kiss to her belly.
"Tye I don't think you understand how much that night hurt me when you asked for a blood test. This is our baby and I wanted everything to be perfect with us but once you asked that I felt like you wanted an excuse or something to breakup with me or leave me and the baby so I decided I would do it first. I miss Stacy and Tyler and cuddling in the bed with you and everything we did together but that through me off. And then you brought that hoe here which really through me off"
" I understand exactly where you're coming from Harmony. I never meant to hurt you. You're all I thought about night and day and it really hurt me when you broke up with me. I felt like someone slid a knife through my heart. All I ever wanted was for us to be back together. I don't know what happened tonight with Melinda. I promise we were only friends. I love you so much Harm."
I placed a long passionate kiss on her lips. We finished cleaning up right as her parents were walking in. We sat at the table and discussed the condition of the baby.  I even got to finally meet little Milani. Harmony tried to make her go to bed when she asked me a million questions but it was fine. She asked if I could spend the night and surprisingly her parents said yea. We went up to her room and she gave me a pair of basketball shorts I had left over her house. We laid in the bed with my arms around her and her head on my chest. Harm and Tye are back.
