Ashly's p.o.v
Hi my name is Ashly Hernandez. I just turned 18 years old this past June, and I'm today officially a senior in high school. I'm happy and sad at the same time because, I'm glad to be a senior and you know senior get everything but it feels like my summer wasn't long enough, it fucking sucks. Oh well.

I wake up to the sound of my loud ass annoying alarm. I push the off button let out a big groan and craw out of bed. I live in a apartment by myself I told my mom for my 18th birthday I wanted to move out and if I don't do good in the real world I will come back. I did it to see how I would fare against the trials of being an adult, so far so good though. I take what little clothes I have on and hit the shower. After I'm nice and clean I dry up and put some clothes on and brush my teeth, do my hair and nails, put on some perfume and I'm ready to go. I hop inside of my blue 2002 Chevy Camaro. I had saved up my money sense sophomore year to get it. I pull out of the driveway and head for McDonald's. I always grab two hash browns and a coffee before I go to school because the food their sucks. I really hope I don't get grease from the hash browns on my shirt because at our school, Waco high everyone try's to dress their best on the first day. I drive while eating my hash brown very carefully so I don't make a mess. I finally reach the school, I park in the student parking section then step out of my car. I walk for like ever and finally make it inside the school. When I enter I see plenty of familiar faces and people I have never seen, probably the new freshman. I make my way inside the cafeteria where I am greeted by my best friend, Emily. "Oh my gosh girl it's been so long." She starts. "You look so pretty today. I really wish I could've chilled with you this summer but you know with our vacation to Hawaii." She says. Oh and did I forget to mention. Emily is rich as fuck. Every year she throws the best parties, goes on the best vacations, and her house is as big as the White House. "Nahh it's ok I still got to chill with Cici a lot this summer so don't trip." I reply. Oh, and just incase you were wandering Cici is my other best friend. She is also normal and doesn't shit money like Emily, but Emily is fucking awesome she has always been there for me and she's not one of those snobby rich people, she actually nice and friendly and down to earth so I've always kept her by my side. Cici eventually finds us. " hey guys , what's up?" She says. "Oh nothing we're just catching up." I respond. "Oh cool well it's great to see you guys even though I saw you like every day this summer, Ashly." Cici said. "Well you were all I had to hang out with cause you and Emily are my only friends and Emily was on vacation, so yea." I said. Stood there in that same spot by the main door and talked forever. Just then the bell rang and I had to go to my hell hole of a class
