Chapter 8

Joelle's POV
I woke up in the morning to the bright ray of the sun. It hurt my eyes lil bit. I look over to my right and see not Dean but a note on his pillow. I groaned because I didn't feel like reading it.

Hey me and your dad went to the gym come down when your ready or don't wear anything at all your choice ;-) ~Dean

I rolled my eyes playfully. Okay I guess I'm going to the gym I said getting out of bed and tripping over Dean's shoe.

I groaned and scowled.

After that awkward fall, I went to take a shower. When I got out of the shower, I put on some black shorts and a pink sports bra and since I have my boxing gloves with me, I grabbed those also. When I was all ready I grabbed my keys, phone and water bottle and headed out the door.

At The Gym...
The drive to the gym was only about 10-20 minutes from the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants around the corner so I'm happy.

I walked into the gym and went straight to the punching bags. I'm basically just angry about all of the things that have happened in my past, about how my dad couldn't save me and how they just watched me get taken. No I still haven't forgotten about that. It just pisses me straight up off, I don't know how long I'm gonna be able to hold all of these feeling in because pretty soon I'm gonna crack.

I felt arms wrap around my waist and they were my dads. Hey what's wrong pumpkin he asked looking worried. Oh nothing daddy I said giving him a fake smile.

I unwrapped his arms and walked to the weights. He basically followed me and asked the same thing.

Daddy I'm fine I said with a hint of annoyance in my tone.

No your not he simply said eying me up and down. You wanna know how I know what I know he smirked.

I rolled my eyes. How do you know then?

Well the only time you bring boxing gloves to the gym on when you're angry, and I know that... he came a step closer... because I'm your father he said while hugging me.

Now I'm gonna ask you one more time he sternly said. What's wrong with you?

I sighed and looked at him. Well you see remember the day I got taken I started. I was thinking about it a lot lately and I'm basically pissed off about it. I said and turned my back to him.

What do you mean pissed off about it he said curious.

I'm still mad at Dean and Colby daddy I said my back still to him and I already feel the tears forming.

Baby girl don't worry that's in the past now. He came and hugged me again. I was about to cry him a river.

He looked down at me and wiped my tears away. Hey I know my little girl isn't crying he smiled. I know my big strong beautiful little girl isn't all down about something that happened in the past he tickles me.

Okay...okay....okay I managed to say between laughter.

Now do not cry about that situation anymore understand he smiled.

I understand I smiled back. I love you daddy.

He chuckled I love you more princess.
