I hang up and slam the phone down onto the carrier. I stand up and pick up my jacket and hat. "Where are you going Alvarez?" Gordon asks.

"I got a lead on the missing rich men."

"Get on with it!" I nod back in response and left the precinct. I get in my car and drive towards the suspect's house. After parking my car next to his house, I take out my gun and knock on the door.

"Mister Parris I need you to answer some questions." There was no response, I banged on the door with my gun. "Mister Parris! If you do not come out now, I have the right to break down your door!" After a few minutes, a short round cranky man came out in his pajamas.

"Yes? What is it you need? That you need to wake me up!" I showed him the pictures of some of the missing men. "I don't know any of them!" He denied. This stubborn old man. I clench my fist and straighten up.

"It would be quite a shame if the press knew about your scandalous nights out with a certain woman, now wouldn't it?" I threaten. He sighed and opened the door. I walk in taking a good look around the grand mansion.

"Last I heard they went to the lab. Here's the address." Mr. Parris handed me a note with scribbly writing. Finally, an actual lead.

"Thank you for your cooperation." Getting into my car I call for back up and head to the place. The lab is located at the edges of Gotham. At first glance it seemed like an old dilapidated post office but as soon as I enter the building the smell of rotten bodies invade my nose. It was the foulest smell, covering my mouth, I run outside and gag. Disgusting, this is so not worth my pay. I wait for back up to come. I take out a napkin and tie it around my nose to cover up the smell.

As soon as back up arrive, we smash down the door to basement. It reeked of rotting meat, and is only getting stronger the further we go. Finally reaching the dark basement, we flip the switch and saw mutilated bodies littering the floor. Dried blood covered every inch of the floor. I hear several of the men retching behind me. We split up and I head to the door at the end of the room.

What greeted me could give grown men even soldiers nightmares and would haunt my mind for a long time. There sat at the end of the large table a naked little girl, surrounded by mangled bodies of the missing men. All the men had permanent smiles carved onto their faces, some of them were holding teacups to their lips and some were simply holding them. Thick red liquid filled their cups. They were all facing each other as if they were in conversation. A few of the men had their guts cut open and organs served on the plates as dishes, eyeballs accompanied them. The little girl was caked with blood, a wide grin etched onto her face as she talked with the corpses. She continued to pour blood into her guests' cups and popped an eyeball in her mouth as if she was eating a grape. I watch it burst between her teeth, black liquid gushed out and dribbled out the side of her mouth. She gleefully chewed the eye. She took another one stabbing it with her claw. She let the black liquid drip down her arm before squeezing the eyeball like jelly and slurping it down.

I turn around and puke out the contents of my stomach. The sound of porcelain breaking, brought me out of my shock. Looking up, I saw the once cheerful little girl, terrified and hiding behind a corpse. Her eyes shone with fear, and her trembling hands gripped the corpse tightly. "Please don't hurt me." She stuttered. I hold my gun up and point it at her. Just in case, I hold the trigger and got ready to shoot her. She hid further behind the carcass, whimpering loudly. The sickening crunch of bones rang through the room, she dropped the corpse in shock. Falling onto her butt she crawled backwards with every step I take, she looks terrified of me.
I signal for my partner to go from behind. I stalled for time, waiting for him. "Hey little girl, how old are you?" She shook her head. "What about your name?"
