They sat there for at least 2 more hours, him listening intently and occasionally offering a weak smile or a noise of acceptance as she told him everything. She told him about her parents kicking her out, she told him how she had nowhere to go, how her mucked up past had meant she was broken. He was suprised to hear about her past with drugs but knew that peer pressure and the pain caused by her parents and bullying from school were what led to it. He was so reassuring, halfway through her story he had moved round to sit next to her with a hand on her shoulder gently rubbing to let her know he was there, to let her know he was listening. She was ssuprised at how easily the words flowed out of her mouth, she was never usually this open with anyone. But then again she knew there was something different about niall, she knew he was special, someone worth holding onto.

After she had said everything they sat in silence, it was actually quite a comfortable silence, letting everything sink in. As niall thought about everything he knew he had to help her, even though he had nly known her for a couple of hours he had no intentions of letting her go. He had been waiting for his feeling, the butterflies in his stomach, for so long he had been on the verge of giving up. Everyone around him had noticed something was different. He wasn't as loud anymore, he spent a lot of time on his own just thinking, he looked sad as he gazed at perrie and zayn making out that one time on the bus, the yearning he had for something like their relationship obvious in the way he sighed. His mum had picked up on it, he had always been so close to his mum so it was no suprise to her when one saturday night he had turned up knocking on her door in tears unable to form a sentence. She had panicked knowing that this was not typical niall behaviour. When he toldd her what was worng she just held him in her arms as he sobbed unconttrollably into her chest whispering sweet things into his hair, telling him how one day he would get the love he yearned for, that he shouldn't give up, that the perfect girl would come along. He had never believed her. Until he met aoife.

Niall cleared his throat gently, ending the silence and bringing them both back to reality.

" Wow. It's amazing how you've come through all this. I can't, I mean I don't think I would have coped if I was in your situation! Well I know how to solve one of your problems. You can come back to mine with me, you can stay as long as you want."

"No niall I don't want to be some charity case and I wouldn't want to intrude on your personal life."

" Look you wouldn't be intruding, in fact I get really lonely in that flat on my own, it would nice to have a bit of company!"

"Only if you're sure! You're so nice!"

" Haha thanks love! But ya know when I bumped into you I knew you were something special, I know we've only known each other for a few hours but you're different from all the other girls, you're someone who deserves more."

Aoife just blushed in response as her feelings for the blonde boy grew. They walked home in another comfortable silence occasionally sneaking glances at each other, flashing each other cheeky smiles when the glances were noticed. She began to think. She thought about the melodic sounds of his voice, the way his accent suited him perfectly, the flick of his hair, the way his brown roots were showing. She hadn't been sure of it before, but now she knew for sure, she was falling for him, she was falling for niall horan.
