Jade just stared at her brother as he continued to talk non stop. He was filling her in on every single detail and everything she's missed since she left. They were sitting on his bed in his room. No suprise that his sheets were still Rey Mysterio themed. Their mum hadn't found out that she was home yet. The party was pretty banging and there was a lot of people who she didn't know but Jamie filled her in like a good brother. Aparrently there is a new man in her mums life who Jamie isn't sure about but she'll discuss that with him later. Now that she had a look around his room she noticed it looked a lot like his room back home,

Well I guess this is his home now 

She thought and was brought back into real life when someone opened the door and stumbled inside. Jamie closed his mouth as did Jade as the person looked up and there mouth dropped slightly.

"Hi mum" Jade spoke after a minute. She was prepared for her to start yelling and she without noticing moved a little bit in front of Jamie but she didn't need to because she was tackled into a hug causing giggles to echo around the room. Jade didn't take this for granted. She snuggled into her mother's embrace and Jamie fit himself in between them. They all pulled back at the same time and sat back down on the bed inches away from one and another.

"I'm sorry to just come here out of the blue but, things weren't going so well and I thought that coming home would help somehow" Jade tried to explain hoping her mum would understand.

"I understand munchikin, You are welcome for as long you want" Sarah( Her mum) replied honestly. Tears welled up in Jade's eyes at hearing her childhood nickname. Jamie's belly suddenly rumbled making the sweet moment disappear and making them all laugh.

"Someone's hungry" Jade said in a silly voice making Jamie laugh and jump off the bed.

"I'll be in the kitchen!" He yelled before running out the door.

"He hasn't changed" Jade laughed stretching her legs as her phone began buzzing wildly. Sarah gave her one of those motherly looks making Jade sigh.

"I didn't exactly tell my friends I was leaving, I just asked for leave from my boss and packed up" Jade explained.

"And you haven't either" Sarah exclaimed making Jade giggle. Once she sobered up she looked up ath her mum and smiled.

"I love you" She whispered with a smile making her mum smile and say

"I love you too my darling"

Then she kissed Jade's forehead and got up and went downstairs to the party. Jade sighed and placed her suitcase and bag at the end of Jamie's bed. She closed the door and quickly brought out a fresh pair of clothes. She stripped down and quickly shimmied into her light blue jeans, A peach coloured tank top that had 'But first coffe' in italic, She slipped on a grey hoodie and unzipped the zip as it was warm, She slipped on her grey socks and stepped into her white chucks. She pulled her pony tail out and shook her hair around until it was wavy. She slid her phone into her pocket before leaving the room and slipping into the bathroom where she just washed her face with cold water. She dried her face before finding some spray and giving herself a sprits. She left the bathroom and jogged down the steps. Her mum grabbed her hand and introduced her to some people before she found Jamie and stole his food. He just laughed and continued talking with George who Jade hugged before stepping outside to the backyard.

"Oh cool" She muttered as she looked up to find a treehouse in the works. She smiled and took a seat on the hammock. She laid down but left one foot on the ground so she could push. People smiled as they walked past. There was only small groups outside enjoying the sun. She realized it would be going down soon and that's why they are watching the sky. She brought her phone out and scrolled through some messages when it began to ring. She smiled at the name and pressed answer.
