"Kol!" I scream as the dagger pierces his heart.
I rush to his side, sobbing, hoping he's not dead, hoping we could stay with eachother. He struggles for breath, looking behind my shoulder, as if trying to warn me.
I spin around, to come face to face with Kol's brother, Klaus. "You! You killed your own brother!" I cry, pushing him as hard as I can.
"Not forever, love." He glares.
"What do you mean?" I glance at Kol, who's still fighting for life.
"You are a cruel bastard!" I say to Klaus in anguish.
"And you are a filthy skank." He raises his hand threateningly.
"Go on, kill me! I never want to leave Kol." I dare.
"No!" Kol protests urgently.
Klaus smirks, "Fair enough."
"Just wait," I plead.
Klaus narrows his eyes, nodding.
I look to Kol, and into his eyes. "I hate you! Stay! I always hated you, you idiot!" I punch his chest.
"I-will-l...." His eyes roll back into his skull.
"No! No, no, no! I... love you." I his his lips gently, and cuddle into his chest, still weeping.
Suddenly, I'm roughly yanked to my feet. "Sentimental time is over, love." Klaus smirks. "Now, goodbye."
He holds my face in his hands, and snaps my neck.
In that quick movement, pain can't even register. I fall lifelessly to the ground, into blackness, into death.
There's no tunnel.
No light.
No paths to follow.
Nothing
But
Darkness.
