Lily put the preasant in the bag, and covered it with the polkadot napkins she brought.
"Just in time." She mumbled to herself as the bus pulled into the school. She got off the bus and spotted Hayley. She ran up next to her.
"Here's your preasant! IT'S IN A CARS BAG!" Lily said as she gave the bag to Hayley.
Here's your preasant!" Hayley said as she pulled Lily's sweatshirt she borrowed out of her bag.
"Thankyou SO much!" Lily said sarcasticly. "Don't open it untill you get home though."
"Why can't I just open it now?" Hayley asked as they walked into the school.
"Because. I don't want you to. I can't wait till dodgeball" Lily said.
I was a tradition for the whole 6th grade to play dodge ball aginst all the teachers at the end of the day on the last day of school with the rest of the school watching, and Lily and Hayley finally got to do it today.
"Me too." Hayley said.
Both of the girls walked into the bathroom.
"Can I PLEASE open it?" Hayley asked.
"FINE! But I have to put my shoes on first." Lily said.
Hayley walked to her classroom to get the preasant, and Lily walked to her classroom to get her shoes. A coupple minutes later, they were both back in the bathroom.
When she took out the paper, she opened the book that Lily had covered in duct tape.
"Oh my gosh..." Hayley said after opening the book and flipping through all the pages.
Lily had taken an empty old baby book, and put all of their memories in it.
When Hayley Got to the last few pages, they were empty. The last thing it said was, "The rest of this book is for you to put your memories of us in. I love you! ~Lily <3"
"Oh my gosh," she repeted. "Thank you so much." Hayley hugged Lily.
With that they both left the bathroom and went back to their classrooms.
About 20 minutes later, they went to field day.
1st- Water baloon fight.
2nd- Tag
3rd- Capture the flag
4th- Minute to win it
Lunch
Recess
5th- Dodge ball.
Lily and Hayley walked inside from recess together.
When they got inside, they entered the gym. EVERYONE was there. 3rd, 4th and 5th grade was going to watch the 6th grade beat the teachers. Everyone was screaming as the 6th grade walked in.
They sat down at the reserved 6th grade spot in the bleachers. Everyone was chearing them on as the first class took their spot, getting ready to beat teachers.
