I was laying on the couch, watching Frozen with Auburn and Kingsley. Aj had went out with August so it was just me and the girls. Kin got out the hospital two days ago and she still plays like a normal kid. She acts as though the asthma doesn't exist.

My phone vibrated on the table in front of me.

Christian Hey there, pretty lady

You're so corny, hey Chris

I blushed and held the phone in my lap, knowing he would be texting back soon.

"Do you wanna build a snow man, it doesn't have to be a snow man" Kin sung along with Aunna.

My phone vibrated again. I instantly blushed knowing who it was.

Christian You always call me corny but I bet you're blushing right now, aren't you? Nod your head yes

Lol I am not so shut up

Our messages just sort of started flowing, as soon as I would text back he would text back and vice versa.

Christian You still going out with me Saturday?

I don't know August is back

Christian My bad

No, we're separated for now so everything is settled, he just stays here we don't even talk

Christian Then what's the point?

The point is... I don't know. I told him I would do me and he could do him, since that's what he has been doing anyway

Christian That's why you should go out with me Saturday. I'll show you a good time but if you don't want to I'll understand

Christian I know I miss you too, I'll probably drop by tomorrow while you're at work or you can come over and get your ass beat in 2k again lol

The door opened and Aj and August walked in.

"Hey ma" Aj nodded his head.

"Hey baby, did you have fun?" He nodded.

"Daddy!" Kin and Auburn said in unison.

"Hey daddy's princesses" he kissed their forehead.

My phone vibrated in my hand.

Christian I was not crying, those were my allergies acting up

I didn't know I was blushing until August said something.

"What nigga got you blushing?" I quickly turned my smile into a frown.

"Well it definitely isn't you" I rolled my eyes and went upstairs.

I'm not too fond of him ever since he been posting pictures of Analicia. The girl he told me not to worry about but as soon as I told him to do his own thing and I'll do mine, they've been acting like a couple.

I'm not going to lie its hurts but I'm kind of used to it. I'm starting not to even believe in this marriage anymore. The only reason he's still staying here is because I don't want the kids to worry. I don't want them asking questions so for now this will have to work between us.
